No increase in hunger for me yet. I'm hoping that doesn't hit me because I am trying to stay slightly below maintenance. I am definitely smelling bad in the gym though. Haha

Active Rest day. Went on a hike had a great time with amazing scenery of the Mississippi River.

No Sides to report at the 2 week mark. Nothing new to report in regards to EPIMAX. Considering upping the dosage on both EPIMAX and Osta. Thinking about 700mg EPIMAX AND 20 mg Osta. Thoughts on this fellas? The downfall would be that I would only get a day or two more than 6 weeks out of the run.

Yeah. I'm trying to stay way below maintenance too. Haven't been as successful. Glad to hear it's just me. I'm hoping it'll pass
 
But you are a few days ahead of us too, so it still might hit us in a few days like the musky ball region.

Haha. True. On that note, I think the super-balls smell is just a phase, too. I haven't noticed it as much the past couple of workouts.

Yeah I have not noticed the muskiness as much the last few days. Mainly just an enhanced sweat smell from sweating a lot more than usual.
 
I have made my mind up. Starting today I am upping the EPIMAX dosage to 700 mg per day and the Osta dosage to 20 mg per day.

Dosing times are as follows:

8 am - 200mg EPIMAX
12 pm - 20mg Osta
5 pm - 400mg EPIMAX (preworkout)
9pm - 100mg EPIMAX

With this dosage I will have roughly 32 more days - total 6 week cycle.

Depending on how the dose before bed goes I may have to reassess if it keeps me awake. Other loggers mentioned it helps them sleep better so we will see.

If the Sparta fellas have any objections here please let me know..

Nice! Jumping straight to 700! I've dosed 400 PWO a couple times but couldn't tell any difference between 300 or 400. I'm going to start 200 pre-bed tonight to see if its better than 100.

Musky ball region seems to be going away for the most part.
Loving the Alpha feeling that is getting more and more prominent as the days go on.
Muscles are starting to feel harden/pumped all day.
No changes in libido (still normal)
Aggression in the gym is still phenomenal.
Vascularity - I am always vascular in the gym off cycle. I was expecting to be veined out all day long on cycle and not seeing any increases or changes.

One thing I have noticed an increase in the last few days is endurance during cardio. I smoked cigarettes for about 10 years until the electronic cigarettes became popular so now i only use it and do not smoke cigarettes. My lung capacity is still terrible from smoking for all those years but I have noticed I am able to run/sprint for longer periods of time before getting winded. Definitely a positive in my book.

Yesterday was first day on 700mg EPIMAX and 20mg Osta.

First time dosing 400 mg pwo - did not notice any difference from 300 mg pwo.
Dosing 1 cap before bed did not effect sleep quality to the good or bad.
Libido does seem to have slightly increased.
I work in sales and I have noticed maybe a time or two at work being a little more on the edgy side lately with stupid people. Could be unrelated to the PH/Sarm, but figured it was worth mentioning.

Will hop on a scale here in a day or two to see where my weight is at. I feel I am definitely looking leaner. Hopefully get somewhere close to 10-11% BF by the end of these 6 weeks while putting on some solid muscle. Thinking about lowering my carbs around 110-120g per day to help assist in my BF goal.

It was I who made that observation. Started 200mg before bed last night and didn't notice a difference. But I'm going to continue with that to see what happens.

Are you as glad as me that the ball odor has calmed down?!?

I definitely am. Hard to pick up chicks at the gym with all this alpha smelling like musky balls haha

DAY 17 & 18

Notes:

Last few days I have been feeling run down. I am wondering if the 20mg Osta is causing lethargy even with the 700mg EPIMAX? Still able to make it to the gym and once I am in the gym the switch flips and I still have intensity and drive during my workouts. Outside the gym though I have been feeling sluggish almost. Hit chest and triceps on day 17 and back and biceps on day 18. Also dropped carbs down a bit so that may be playing a role in the sluggish feeling.
Libido is still normal.
Midsection seems to be leaning out as the days go on.
Focus is through the roof. Seems that the mind muscle connection has been on point lately.
Muscle groups have been really sore for a day or two after my workouts from pushing myself as far as possible. A lot people talk about the recovery from osta and not really seeing those benefits yet.
Strength increases that I am seeing is awesome. By no means am I jumping up 30 lbs on lifts but definitely have noticed an increase of 5-10 lbs with a couple extra reps.
 
Osta had me feeling like absolute trash at week 4 or so... I actually felt significantly better when i dropped it and replaced it with epi/tren (which supposedly causes its own lethargy ha)... never again for me.

Yea my thought process with the stack was intensity in the gym and recomp benefits from EPIMAX then recovery from intense training from the Osta. EPIMAX is doing its job but not seeing the benefits from the osta

honestly I think the recovery benefits of osta are heavily overrated... I think this was one of the things that has just been repeated since it first was really around (along with "its not suppressive" and "its as anabolic as test")...

Also, my assumption would be that any true ph (especially epimax ro something reasonably strong) would so far overshadow the osta that any recovery would be mostly from that alone.

Yea I am not a believer yet with the osta. EPIMAX definitely has my vote thus far. I am going to give it another week to see if the sluggishness is unrelated to the compounds. I am making great progress I feel, so I might just push through and make the most of it regardless. A little sluggishness is not going to stall my journey to becoming a SPARTAN!
 
DAY 19

Hit a 4 mile hike. Legs hurt pretty good after this climb/hike. Hiking has become a new found hobby for me lately, plus it's great cardio.

DAY 20

Shoulder Day. Probably the best shoulder workout I've had on cycle thus far. Hit a bunch of drop sets and burnouts on standing lateral raises. Delts were screaming after this. Felt great.

DAY 21

Arm Day. This was unfortunately a short workout due to time but was able to get a nice arm pump with some super sets and drop sets.

Notes:

-Joints are starting to get dry and crackle from time to time going to get some joint support to offset that.
-Face and back are breaking out a little bit. This was kind of expected as I have bad skin as it is. (Face pretty much stayed broke out until I was 25)
-libido is still normal (wondering if I am not seeing an increase because the Osta is known to decrease libido in some)
-Appetite seems to be up from normal. I was cutting around 1700 cals previously. Seems to be hard to stay at 2300 cals on this cycle. Only went over a day or two but it seems to be a struggle day to day to stay under.
-still feel like I am leaning out but muscles are feeling full and hard which I am loving.
-not seeing any hair shedding some speak of on epi-andro.

- I have added in 200mg caffeine to offset the sluggishness. Seems to be helping. Keeping a close eye on BP since adding the caffeine.

Still at 700mg EPIMAX. Split 3 doses per day, and 20mg Osta once a day.

Indeed. My joints felt great on osta without any other joint supps. I am taking my standard joint support alongside EPIMAX but I haven't noticed any extra dryness here .

Definitely noticing some leaning. Getting a solid recomp this far. Arms seem to be growing and shoulders a little wider. Liking what I am seeing so far.
 
DAY 22

Rest day unfortunately, but I got to spend the day with family and my two nieces for their back to school party day with go-karts and arcade games.

DAY 23

Leg Day. Intensity was through the roof. Focus was there feeling every rep. Strength is something I lack in my legs but I can definitely tell strength is climbing every leg day. Hamstrings have been really tight lately though, so I am going to focus on stretching those out over the next week or so.

-Really been trying to focus on staying at or below maintenance on diet these last few days but the increased hunger has been making it a full blown struggle.
-Sluggishness has gone away with 200 mg caffeine.
-One thing I am still not seeing is the increase in vascularity. I am always very vascular during the workouts but not much has changed from the normal.
-Starting to notice a slight increase in libido.
 
DAY 24

Good ole Chest Day. This was probably one of the best chest workouts I have had in a long time. Decided to add a 5th set to all exercises going heavier until failure on the last set. Felt great leaving the gym.

Notes:

-Strength is definitely up. Able to push more reps on higher weights. Loving the added volume, but feeling it today.
-Acne seems to be increasing on face and back.

DAY 25 & 26

Did back and biceps on Wednesday and yesterday was a rest day.
I did the same on back day that I did on chest day with adding in that 5th set to failure. Back was on fire after the workout.

Notes:

Strength is continuing to climb. Using heavier weights with more reps.
Acne on face and back is still present, but not increasing.
No hair shedding.
Libido is starting to increasing more and more.
Feeling overall great at this point between the Alpha feeling and the intensity EPIMAX provides.
Wishing I was getting the recovery benefits from the Osta so I could start doing some 2 a days for the last couple weeks here and get all the gains possible. For now I am going to stay the course and believe in the process.
 
DAY 27 & 28

Killed another shoulder workout with a lot of drop sets on lateral raises on Friday followed by a 3.5 mile hike.

Yesterday hit arms. Pump was unreal from super-setting a lot of exercises. Worked more on volume for this arm day so quite a few 15-20 rep range sets with a little lighter weight. After that hit a 4.2 mile hike and was taxed after this, it was a new trail probably the toughest one yet.

Notes:
Not too much to report from last update as I'm still at the same doses. Acne seems to be going down on face and back.
Hunger is still up making it difficult to stay at macros.
 
DAY 27, 28, & 29

27 - Legs - Was not feeling it on leg day but pushed through and made sure to get the job done. I felt great after completing the workout
28 - Chest - I feel like I am improving the most on chest as far as size and strength.
29 - Back - Focused on higher rep sets between 15-20.

Notes:

-The biggest change I have noticed these last few days is aggression outside the gym. I have been quick to react in situations. Very short fuse and normally I am a very laid back, go with the flow kind of dude.
-Hunger is still up - would be great if that could settle down for the last couple weeks here. Going to start upping the cardio due to the increased hunger.
-Acne has gone away on face and back which is a big plus.
-Libido is back to normal
-Strength is definitely still on the up and up but slowing.
 
DAY 30, 31, 32

30 - Shoulders - I feel like my shoulders are lagging strength wise. Been going hard on them lately with drop-sets to failure on front & side raises and some heavier weight low rep sets on overhead presses.

31 - Arms - Every exercise was super-sets due to time crunch. Was able to get a great pump. Been focusing on slightly lighter weight with higher reps 15+.

32 - Active Rest - Walked 4.5 miles at my local park on flat terrain but worked up a nice sweat.

Notes:

-Aggression is still very high in and out of the gym. Have had a short fuse with stupid people lately, but in the gym it's been amazing.
-No increase in vascularity
-libido is normal (not increased/nor decreased)
-Hunger is still up, however I am seeing some slight increased definition the lower midsection.
-Focus in the gym is at an all time high. Going into the gym the mind muscle connection has been on point every day.

If any one can recommend some oblique exercises that would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I have good definition in my abs but just looks off due to lagging obliques.
Currently doing side planks, weighted Russian twists, and standing side bends with a plate.
 
DAY 33, 34, & 35

33 - Leg Day - 3 drop-drop sets on the leg press still have me walking funny 3 days later. Hurts so good.
34 - Chest Day - I have been hitting chest with high reps 15+
35 - Back/Deads - have not done DL in a little bit. Felt great to get back at it and pull some heavy weight.

Notes:
I have been dosing 500mg PWO for the last few days and I do notice a slight increase in focus/drive in the gym from the previous dose pwo of 300-400mg.
Still no changes in vascularity.
Libido normal (no increase or decrease)
Aggression is still high - seems like if someone would say the wrong thing to me at certain points of the day I would snap.
Definitely feeling the hardening effect mainly in chest, delts, and arms.
Hunger is still up trying to fight it as much as possible to stay at macros but it has been hard.
Strength continues on the up and up - able to add weight and reps to most exercises every week.

Side Note: Calves still will not grow. FML!

EC usually does the trick for me too on a cut, but its definitely a struggle day to day with hunger. I have been popping caffeine pills and those are not helping much either.

DAY 36, 37, & 38

So over the holiday weekend I spent time with family down at our farm. Unfortunately had to take 2 rest days back to back due to there not being a gym anywhere close to our farm. Its literally a one stoplight town consisting of 215 people total. I hit an arm day before leaving got a great pump. stayed active all weekend though swimming, tubing, and wake boarding at the lake. Let myself have a cheat meal or two (could not turn down Gma's lasagna). Took a count on my EPIMAX and looks like I only have 2 more days until PCT.

Notes:

Alpha feeling is all day everyday at this point.
Muscles feel hard and full.
Aggression has seemed to subside a bit
Libido still normal (not up or down)
Put on some unwanted weight this weekend, but hey you have to live a little.
Definitely glad to be back in my normal routine today and ready to kill it in the gym.
 
DAY 39 & 40

Hit legs and back on the last 2 days of the cycle. Went hard with it being the last couple days. Very little time between sets, alot of dropsets and burnouts. Was dripping sweat after both workouts.
Today starts PCT. I will post ending weight, final pics and review this weekend.

Question about PCT..When do you fellas take your serm during the day. any preference of morning, afternoon, or evening? Why?
 
I always just took them at bedtime. Not sure it really matters though.

Looking forward to final review and thanks for a solid log.
