Spartan Shredding With EPIMAX!

Kicked this party off with 300mg preworkout this morning. Not sure if it was placebo but I felt revved up and very focused on crushing sh!t today. Gonna take another 200mg later today.
 
Day 2 today. Off day from the gym.

I took 200mg in the morning, 200mg in the afternoon and I took the last 100mg just now.

I don't think the energy/focus is placebo. I noticed it all day long. Is it possible that the Epimax's effects are already noticeable?
 
Lol! I figured it was placebo. I get all fired up and excited for things. I'll take it though lol.

Gotta agree on the placebo, however, who cares ha? Anything that gets you pushing more weight and reps and just generally motivated is a positive. Placebo or not, you're doing more with the same.

Yep. Gotta agree with this. Whether it's a new PWO, a new program, increased hormones, whatever. If it makes the weight lighter, I'll take it!

Day 5 Observations

The intensity of my workouts has been very high since day 1. I know some of this may be placebo, but I feel like that is becoming less so. Each day's focus, energy and aggression before /during training is better than the day before. I am hoping this is something that I see continue to increase. Because of my mindset and energy I have not used a preworkout since beginning this cycle. (And I'm a self proclaimed stim junkie ) it's actually been kind of nice taking a break from the prewo because the energy and aggression I've been having is actually better (cleaner feeling) than what I get from the pwo.

I haven't noticed any negative side effects. Even though I have had the increased energy around workouts, I haven't had any issues with sleep. Actually I've been sleeping really well the last few nights.

I haven't noticed any changes in apatite.

No noticeable changes in appearance yet.
 
Day 8

I am now just over a week into this and I can say that I am definitely noticing some leaning out in my appearance now. I feel like the last 2 or 3 days have really treated me good. Seeing the improvement in appearance has been very motivating in itself. That coupled with the energy and intensity I've been having in the gym have made for some great days! Feeling very confident all day. Kinda cocky feeling.

I have still been using the same dosing times of 300mg preworkout and then another 100mg 2x throughout the rest of the day.

No negative side effects.

As far as how training has been impacted, I've already mentioned the energy and aggression but I haven't commented on strength or endurance yet. So, strength - I can't say I've noticed and increase in strength but it's still early. Endurance - maybe more endurance just from the increased energy and focus in the gym. It seems like I want to push myself harder than usual.

Sleep is still good.

Still sweating like a mofo.

Day 11

I am continuing to notice an improvement in appearance. Definitely getting leaner, veins are more pronounced all day. As i mentioned before, seeing the improvement in appearance is extremely motivating in itself. It all comes together with me feeling very confident and alpha all fukin day!

Continuing the same dosing schedule of 300mg preworkout and then another 100mg 2x throughout the rest of the day. If it ain't broke why fix it.

Still no negative side effects to report.

As far as strength goes, still not noticing much above what i wouls normally expect in that department, but I'm in a calorie deficit so I'm not expecting huge gains there anyway.

Endurance is definitely increased. Able to keep going and going like a porn star with a pocket full of viagra.

Sleep is still good.

All in all, I'm feeling great and having fun with this cycle!
 
Day 14

Half way through this cycle and I have to say this has been great so far. I am really considering picking up a couple more bottles when I get some extra cash to do an 8 week run in the future. I have been very impressed by how much I've leaned out in just 2 weeks. I'm excited to post some final pics at the end of this for you to see the difference.

I don't have much new to report in terms of sides, strength, endurance or sleep. The biggest things I'm noticing are the leaning effects and the energy/intensity intensity have during training.
 
Day 17

I have noticed some acne breaking out all over my shoulders. Not big nasty zits, more like small red bumps. So that's the first negative side effect I've experienced so far. I haven't noticed any shedding which was what I was most concerned about so that's good.

I upped my daily dose to 600mg yesterday. My new dosing protocol is 400mg preworkout and then another 100mg 2x throughout the rest of the day. I can't say that I am noticing any difference between the 300mg and the 400mg dose preworkout but it's early. I will stick with this dosing for at least a few more days but I am wanting to experiment with dosing up to 700 or 800mg per day just so that I know whether or not there is more noticeable results at the higher dose.

I have also bumped up my cals a little bit. I am currently at 2600 per day. With the leaning out effect I decided to take advantage and increase cals. If I start to feel like I'm softening up, I'll drop the cals back down.

Workouts remain intense.

Appatite seems unchanged.

Sleep is still good.
 
Day 22

Getting low on caps left :-(

I realized I haven't mentioned weight in a while. When I started this I was around 192lbs. As of today I am at 189lbs. So 3 pounds lost in 3 weeks. I was kind of shocked by that as I've had a couple cheat days this last week where I was easily 1000 cals OVER maintenance and I've also upped my normal daily calorie target as well. :-o

I am confident in saying that the weight lost is ALL fat. When I look at my starting picks and compare them to what I see in the mirror right now, I feel like it's a noticeable difference. Much leaner and bigger looking.

Even though I've lost weight, I have been able to increase weight or reps or decrease rest time between sets on every lift.

I have been so impressed with this cycle so far! I am really bummed to know that there isn't much longer left.

I'm still at 600mg per day. I will probably just keep it there for the remainder. I wanted to experiment with higher doses, but I figure since I'm liking the results I'm getting I will extend the run a bit by keeping dosing where it's at.
 
Glad to hear I'm not alone in being shocked by the lack of movement on the scale but changes in the mirror! I had originally planned on cutting while on EPIMAX but it's definitely turned into a recomp.
 
Why did you up to 600mgs? im running this right along with ya.was wondering if i should do the same.notice any benefits?
 
So I have finished the cycle now. I was very impressed by how it went!

I started at 192 and this morning I weighed in at 188. 4 pounds lost in 4 weeks.

That weight loss happened while I had increased calories and had a few cheat meals.

Strength went up as did endurance across the board. Every day on every lift I was able to add weight or reps or decrease rest time between sets.

Virtually no sides other than some mild acne.

I wish I had done some before/after pics of my legs because I feel like they have leaned out the most.

Here is my before pic and after pics from this morning. Both pics were taken flexed but not pumped.

The first one is this morning. The second is 4 weeks ago.

There is an increase in vascularity on my front felts that doesn't seem to show up well in the pics.

I'll keep updating through my pct.

Thanks. Yes, I really enjoyed it.

I don't feel like there is a super noticeable difference in the pictures, bit there was a hugh difference in the way I looked post workout. I would get much more pumped and the pump would last a lot longer.

I think next time I run this I will see even better results from running it twice as long.
 
I gained it only on the epimax,i just did no cardio and upped my calories to 2400.just one month.i started and ended the same as ldub
 
Wow Man that is good and solid respect brother.

Let me know when you start that Stack and at what dosages you are going to run I am saving for the same stack
 
Not sure if i should run andro at recommended dose,but ill stay at 500mg on epimax.300 pwo and 200 spread through the day.
 
PCT is going great! Scale is holding steady. I haven't seen any drops in strength yet. Endurance might be fading a bit but im fighting tooth and nail to keep all the gains. Workouts are feeling a bit more exhausting. Overall though, im feeling great.
