weight didn't move, still at 185.4. I didn't measure my waist as it looked about the same.
Yesterday was an odd day. I got out of bed, took my ignit3, waited about an hour and a half, drank my normal PWO (including a bit of carbs + protein) did my (short but intense) workout and then drank my normal post shake about an hour later. Not 20 minutes after that my wife brings me a (double meat) burrito from Moe's. I was still feeling a little hungry, so I ate half of it (along with more of their chips than I care to admit). I could have kept going, but I decided to reign it in and save the second half for dinner (it was a pretty big burrito). That was around noon. Outside of a cup of coffee (only 3 shots of espresso this time) around 3 PM I didn't have anything to eat the rest of the day. I headed off to bed around 9:30, drinking a BCCA drink w/ some Agmatine (I like how it leans me out when I take it at night). I wasn't overly hungry or anything. I didn't eat, not because I was purposefully fasting, but because I genuinely wasn't that hungry.
