Not a bad workout today. Not a great one, but not terrible. Better than the last couple of weeks, to be sure. I worked up a modest sweat and felt the contractions in the target muscles. Can't ask for much else at this point.
sparks2012, yea, the yard work can really put a strain on the body, I felt that one for a couple of days (still).
I have an appt for my blood draw tomorrow then the TRT start on Wednesday. Most of the city (and state) are bracing for hurricane Matthew (we are about 30 minutes from the coast, as the bird flies). It is not supposed to hit our area until the end of the week, into the weekend, so we will see what that brings us. We already filled up the gas tank on both vehicles and stocked up on bottled water. I am starting to wonder if this is the week/weekend I should be starting TRT..... *sigh*
