Sparks' Turns Up The Heat w/ LG Sciences Cutting Andro Kit

Yes! You got the reference, haha. Skoal, Cope, Grizz, all the same. I just like Cope's long cut flavor the best. Thanks bro! I have a feeling this ride is gonna be crazy! Your sessions that lifted is putting you through for your run on Halo are out-f#%kin'-standing (R. Lee Ermy voice), keep killin' it man!

Thanks man! Hes really pushing me and even though Im giving him a hard time, Im enjoying it. Excited about chest tomorrow, but super stoked about bis and tris Thursday. For some reason, I can get a great pump, but just cant (A) make them sore and (B) grow a damn peak!! Hoping hes going to change that!! You sir, just keep crushing it!

Oh, I figured this little diet "hack" out last night. Shredded/pulled chicken tossed in some BBQ sauce (I used Corky's) and some bread n' butter pickles will kill absolutely any southern BBQ craving you have. That ish was so good! It's almost like having slaw with your meat, but I'm sure there's a million healthy slaw recipes for cabbage based slaw. Pickles work fine if you're feeling lazy, and they're low cal

Love me some pickles!!!

Wowee, what a session boys! Strength is on the up, and I have to thank HIT4ME for making me realise I was doing too much with too little to make strength gains! This is the first time in a long time that my weights have went up, even if only 5-10lbs, on both squat and deadlift in a matter of 2 weeks. Tbh, I don't think that the PH's are kicking in THAT fast but I could be wrong. I feel they are helping undoubtedly, but I've never had them kick in this quick if it is in fact the added "supps" doing the work here. On the flip side, they won't do much without sound training and nutrition; it was a high carb day and I was holding more water than Bobby Bouchè so that certainly had a part in the successes of today's sesh. My lats were on fire the last few sets of pulls, the modded "BB Rows" from yesterday's back sesh really killed them and hopefully I'm developing better queues when it comes to keeping lats tight while pulling. I'm becoming a fan of the drop sets at the end on isolation moves, really just pushes anything I have left out of me. By the time I was done all I wanted was a pinch of Cope and to curl up in a hot shower lol

Hey man, glad if I helped at all, but you are doing a ton of hard work and you should be proud if all that. The supps you are taking probably help speed up recovery quite a bit, so you can withstand more exercise with shorter recovery periods - which is essentially the same thing as reducing volume.

Great job. And glad you are taking new ideas and testing them out! That in itself is more than a lot of us are willing to do...hard to change our patterns and beliefs.

True, but without your nudging me in that direction it may have taken a very long to time to try something new. So, for that I thank you. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" only takes you so far, sometimes.

I was struggling with getting any leak development a few (maybe 5-ish) weeks ago. I recently started really squeezing the hell out my curls, especially when I was at max contraction, and it has seemed to help quite a bit. I guess I had gotten lazy with curls and didn't go full ROM for some period of time. But yeah man, as much as brutal sessions suck when you're in the thick of it, they're that much rewarding the next day, or whenever you may happen to recover from it haha.

Get to test out these bad boys with cardio in the morning. I'll forego having any coffee as I don't know how strong they are, probably will dose 2/day as it says to not take one within 10 hours of sleep...I'm normally pretty stim-tolerant and can hang with higher doses of caff, but this has a few extras aside from the caff anhydrous that I've never used before.

Dude hey ! Thats an awesome formula.

there were several that did use it and NI is changing the formula so you kind of have a limited edition bottle- use 1 then if you need the next day use another.

Not much to note here, I wasn't feeling as motivated today but that quickly changed when I got in there. Solid session, in and out pretty quick too. I went a little overboard on carbs today, it was supposed to be a medium day but the numbers look closer to a high day. I'm a little upset with myself on that one and I'm trying to decide if I'm going to eat right now or not...lol. At least I hit the gym and did cardio this morning. I feel better about overdoing carbs if I know I worked my a$$ off that day.

The stims in this are no joke. Popped one @ 0500 as I woke up late and was out the door at 0515. I could feel it kicking in by 0520. I only did some incline walking today, but my heart rate was up and I was progressively getting warmer.

Update - 0720 and it's still in full effect, I'm still warm and my heart rate is 84 BPM, almost 30 higher than normal resting heart rate. At this point I'm a littler nervous to do any higher intensity cardio as far as running goes. I think the Stairmaster and incline walking would be ok. Despite taking it on a completely empty stomach, there weren't really any gastro issues to complain about, some slight "rumble guts" kicking in every now and then but no issues that had me heaving into a trash can or running to the bathroom. This is probably the strongest stim formula I've ever taken, and absolutely the strongest thermogenic formula I've used by far. To get max efficiency from this I would think I'd need to take it closer to 30-40 minutes before cardio. The focus is really good, but it's borderline jittery for me, I'm hoping I can get used to it fairly quickly. It's looking 1/day will be enough. This looks like it could be a very strong part of my cutting stack. Good work NI.

Rest day, was gonna hit chest and back again but my lats are still a little sore. I'm bumping my cals up slightly from 1,900 to around 2,300 to account for the extra cardio I've been doing, the app I'm using isn't super great with factoring in calories spent during cardio/weights. I'm assuming between both activities on any given day, I'm expending 300-400 cals and that's not factoring in EPOC for what it's worth. I could probably take in 2,800 (roughly maintenance level) and still cut down, but the most I'll do on a normal day is probably 2,500 unless a great amount of progress is made by bumping intake. If that happens, then I'll slowly add 100 cals each week, not to exceed 2,800. What I've been doing has been working, damn near everyone at work has made a comment about it ranging from the "lol do you still lift bro" to "holy sh1t dude do you have cancer?". I didn't realise how much my face has thinned out and everything. Plus, I want to give the PH's enough to work with, I see no sense in using them if I can't maximise the possible LBM gains at the same time as hardening up. The abs are here to stay for now, so at this point I think I can play with diet and macro breakdowns a little.

Also, with that breakdown I'll still be using a 40/30/30 approach as it has been working quite well. That leaves protein at 250g, carbs at 188g, and fats at 83g. My fats will typically be higher than that, and my carbs will almost always be lower than that, I'll reset my low/low/high/med carb cycles to reflect something like this: <150-190g/<150-190g/>275g/<190-275g. As always, I can readjust if carb values are too high and I start seeing too much water retention, lost definition, etc.

You are looking leaner than ever man. Keep killing it! (I have to live vicariously through you for a while now).. but you never disappoint!!

For accurate comparison between bumping cals and where I'm sitting now. Tbh my self control as far as snacking has been a crapshoot this week. My boss was on vacation to Florida and he brought back some fudge from SugarPlumb or something like that. The past 4 days I've killed about 2-3 pieces while at work. Midsection and definition still holding tight.

Yes, but I was more referring to the cessation of my cycle log, or at least the indefinite postponement.

Not 100% sure about the reunion either now, with Tropical Storm Hermine barreling down on us. Not sure if any of the relatives will be able to land. Projecting 50mph winds during the time they flights are scheduled to arrive. We were going to pull our little one out of school early to go with us to pick them up from the airport, but school has been cancelled for tomorrow now. That is all up in the air now. *sigh*.

Ahh, gotcha man. Yeah, I totally understand where you're coming from as far as postponing a run you REALLY want to do...it's hard to standby and watch all the "fun" sometimes

Sorry to hear about the storm, but I suppose having a cancelled flight is better than having an IFE or ground emergency due to weather. Hoping for a smooth pass for you and your family.

I am not sure if their flights are cancelled yet. This is Florida and the threat of storms is pretty consistent around this time of year. I think the biggest risk are those connecting through Atlanta, of which I think at least 2 of them are. I also don't want to be driving in 50 mph winds to pick them up from the airport either LOL.

Slight gastro issue this morning, nothing major or uncontrollable. Kicked in about 20 mins after popping Burn. I don't think it is solely the supp's fault though as I didn't have my "regular" BM's yesterday. Sorry if it's TMI, but I know gastro issues are a huge thing with people, especially with the likes of stims and scenarios where they're taken on an empty stomach.

I'm reallllly looking forward to chest/back after work today. I'm gonna murder that sh1t!!! Also, some interesting stuff on the ingredients in Burn, specifically methylsynephrine and phenylethylamine, are on the "High Risk" supp put together by the wonderful minds in charge of gov't medical and health. They're not "banned", but they're also not recommended to take. Seems like playing in the grey area is my thing lol

After yesterday's bout with this stuff I was contemplating throwing in the towel because it just felt TOO strong for way TOO long. But today's dose feels more manageable. I may have gotten a rogue cap in there that was packed with some extra ingredients. I feel that as long I'm not dehydrated I should be ok, and I won't be using this every day, only on days I do the cardio in the mornings. But thanks man, your pics are looking solid too, really starting to see changes.

Thanks homie! Ive got the next couple of months planned out. Finish the Halodrol, run the BPS Epidrone right behind it and then on to Hydroxyelite for a while to cut out as much fat as I can. Im also going to be starting my Dr.s prescribed TRT hopefully next week, so that should increase the effectiveness of the Halo/ Epi run. Your log is one thats keeping me motivated so dont give up on me!!

I love it. I'm feeling like sh1t right now - can't wait to go crush some weights later. This is the difference between the guys on this board and the general population. We don't do this because we want to lose weight, or look better, etc. - I mean, they're good side effects - but we do this because we actually enjoy it, it's an obsession.

You've made me want to go pick up something heavy now.

You're 100% correct. It really is an obsession, a borderline addiction. I mean, at first that probably wasn't the reason you keep on going to the gym but once you get past all the gains/losses you'll see you realise that it's something that's become rooted in you. And it can positively, or negatively, effect your life. Having the discipline to follow a diet, or a deficit more specifically because we all know that's generally harder to follow than a mass gaining phase, to get up early in the morning when you know you can sleep for at least another hour of you don't go, going after you've been busy at work all day/night; you'll eventually carry those traits over into other facets of your life. It could become negative if that is the sole purpose in your life but generally it leads to better outcomes all around. This is an obsession that I'm proud to have, you know? I hope you went in there and lifted some heavy sh1t today brother.

Pretty good session, I felt a tad bit weaker but that could be because I haven't hit incline press first in my sessions for a little bit now. Everything else felt good though. I couldn't push as hard as I wanted on presses as my wife wasn't there to lend a spot. Still had a great pump going by the end and veins on my arms were popping like crazy. Everything is moving pretty smoothly, doesn't really seem that I'm in a rut now or anything. On a different note, I feel like I'm a little more irritable. I can fly off the handle that much easier now, but that could be because I'm having to step up and "lead" as the days are getting closer to when I'll be an NCO...I've never had this happen in any other kits I've ran so it's more than likely the added stress from work. Another side note, the Burn didn't hit me like it did my first time taking it. My body may have prepared itself a little more this morning for the crazy compounds it was going to ingest. I'm still sticking with my first dose being a rogue capsule that had a little too much of the "high risk" ingredients cardio was good this morning though, 20 mins on the Stairmaster flew by so I did an extra 5 mins or so, heart rate was not crazy high again and the energy was in my control today. Very good feeling to have when you're waking up in the mornings.

No such thing as giving up in my mind, so you've got nothing to worry about. TRT looks as if it's becoming more and more common now so hopefully you won't have any issues with the docs trying to stiff you on it should they find out that you'd be using your powers for "evill" lmao.

Wow, so I had limited time for my main movements today. I didn't get to the gym until about 25-30 minutes before they closed the free weights section so my pulls and the good sled press were rushed into about 20 minutes between the 2. I went with pulls as I can get more work done in a shorter time with them because my setup doesn't take as long as squats do. It was a grip it and rip it type of day today, so that helped get the pulls moving quick. The sled press literally had enough rest to put the plates on/off as I only had about 7-ish minutes by the time I got on there. I went to failure on almost everything today. Most of it was machine or isolation work so I don't think that it stressed the CNS too much. I also felt quite a bit stronger today, like the sled press was easy almost. Hard to explain, my legs were still fatigued but the weight was moving rep after rep. Pumps after everything was pretty crazy too. Aside from missing BB squats today, this has been one of my best leg sessions within the last couple months.

Delts/Arms in a minute boys, gonna try something new (for me anyway) with them. The main section of the gym is closed for the night, so it's a only machines and cables open. I'll use them exclusively, not like I have a choice, but the good thing is that I can get really good contractions with most machines. Will update soon.
