Sparks' Never Ending Training Log

So this full body split...it's definitely interesting. I like how I'm able to practically hit everything 4 times in a week. My mind is telling 3-4 sets for 3-4 exercises per muscle group isn't enough, but multiply that by 4 times a week, it's enough to get some work done. Still working out the kinks and minor details but overall this looks to be a productive split, and I rest EOD so plenty of down time to recover, IMO.
