1 cup of brown rice
2 tomatoes
2 jalapenos
tomato ketchup
Cook the rice 3/4 of the way. Dice the tomatoes and jalapenos. Throw away some of the jalapeno seeds or you'll be sorry. Add the diced veggies and a bunch of ketchup, mix and finish cooking.
