Soto Supplements

Hey guys, been around a long time. Been training 15+ years, been in the fitness industry professionally almost 10 years in different areas.

Now working with a supplement store. Most stuff I'm familiar with, haven't seen much about the Soto stuff. (Ironically used to work with the guy who's brother owns the company.)

Anyways we carry several of the products and was wondering if any of you guys have used them and gotten results. Especially the GFC 200 drops. And ADT 100 pills.

I know what's in them, just not a real break down of the proprietary blend. I'll probably take them both eventually so I can tell people what I think.

GFC 200 is IGF1, IGF1 LR3, EPO, and some other growth factors.

ADT 100 is Trib, DHEA, and Arimistane.

The IGF1 drops get lots of mixed opinions. But I have seen people get some results, as well as some not.

The ADT to me looks like it would be decent for hardening muscle keeping strength, and cutting water on a cutting cycle.

Anybody have any input?

The igf drops are more than likely bs. True igf needs to be injected. Also if the igf does produce results it would probably be better injected locally, systemic igf causes everything to grow, which includes intestines. Not a good look

If that product actually contained all of that I would order everything you have!

But since it's impossible that it does, do your self a favor and throw everything in the garbage!

Hey I know these things. Just listing the name of ingredients. Actually have several guys that swear by it helping recovery and strength gains.

I also don't know how it's possible with all the research I've done. Could he placebo, could be magic. I don't know.

Anybody have input on the Arimistane product?

It's not possible.

Arimistane is a cortisol product, good for leaning out.

I would use something else from a known brand with proven ingredients.
