Somnidren-GH Mixing Suggestions

There have been a few questions regarding the best way to mix Somnidren-GH. The label instructions aren't clear on how much water to use.

Use the enclosed scoop for dosing. 1 slightly rounded (just not leveled off) scoop equals one 6 gram serving.

1. We suggest mixing one 6 gram serving of Somnidren-GH in no more than 4 ounces of water. Mixing with a spoon and then drinking on an empty stomach.

2. For faster action you may mix Somnidren-GH with one (1) ounce of cold water and hold (swishing a little) in your mouth for 15-30 seconds before swallowing.

3. A third route is sublingual dosing where the 6 gram serving (you may do a half serving (3 grams X 2) at a time for ease) is held under the tongue until dissolved. For those who aren't comfortable with dry powder in their mouth check into suggestion number 2.

hey i was just kinda wondering if ud post up the reasoning for the better absorption this way....im just kinda wondering cuz it seems interesting to me

With this method you bypass some of the destruction of ingredients in the stomach and get them directly into the blood stream for faster action.

In my opinion you can actually get away with a half dose this way and stretch the product. But I like the way 6 grams knocks me out

HaHa! More affordable? Half sized? Yeah, I though about it, but; I figured I’d get crucified if we offered a 10 serving container even though it can be dosed down for most. Most people feel full effects in one dose (a sample) so we didn’t make a trial size either.

We actually gave great thought to this because we want it to be capable of multiple, convenient dosing methods. The problem is that some people really want to mix it in water. The lozenge/tablet would need some additional cellulose or bicarbonates/effervescents for rapid disintegration in water. This would make it a bit more uncomfortable as an oral/sublingual lozenge or tab. We may end up making 2 versions down the road, one specifically for sublingual use.
