Jbrooks do you believe everything you read or hear?

I like to make my own conclusions, do my own research by my experience not some ones else's or lack there of.

Many people are against stuff because some ignorant person on the subject is blindly lead by what they hear or read and do not do the deep research and find out on their own terms.

Last night 1/3 dosing under the tongue slept to long. I just lay in bed after the opportunity clock goes off and sleep. I am sleeping great though

btw I am glad you posted that so I can give my opinion

I am glad I posted it also . More so that it starts dialog and clears things up. I am sure I am not the only person to read it. So folks can now find the truth here that its bogus and see your real world results

Well agree to disagree. You are entitled to your opinion however please keep it out of my thread otherwise you can think what you like. You are welcome in my thread and that is fine you think it is bogus.

I know it works as I have been doing thess products(gaba, phenibut,l-dopa, theanine , pea etc) for well over five years.

last night did a fill scoop

Quality of sleep: Omg so awesome back to the awesome feeling again. so relaxed and refreshed upon awaking like I did not have a care in the world.I feel at night I tense up at times and that does not make the best sleep with S-Gh my body is unwound resulting in much more quality of sleep.

Do not take my word for it though dont take my word for anything do your own experience and come to your own conclusion

Recovery..Yes very good I feel reinvigorated again Nothing can replace this feeling. It awakings a deep sense of inner calmness.

Calmness/chillness obviously thats what most of the ingredients cause to happen.

I eat to close to do it pre-workout. I am eating every two hours usually and before training I eat 30-one hour before I start getting warm up-ed up in the gym.

Big T said he had good results with S-Gh and a stimulant stacked before cardio. Come to think of it think he did say he liked it pre-workout

Alot of controversy surfacing here. I know that sleep supps act synergistically. If two sedates and you combine them the overall effect is very strong sedation. This is widely known. If you get your combo right and balanced then I can see it being a potent supplement. It makes sense its propriety because the skill of the blend is the balance.

Question on GABOB unanswered and I still don't know why MST doesn't put it in there blend, although that might not be legal. Its legal to buy though. GABOB though is straight GH release whereas this stuff looks like it helping mood and wellbeing.
 
I can't comment on why it isn't in the formula (gabob) because I don't make the formulas, haha. What I can say from my own personal experience though is that I know it is advised that gabob not be mixed with anything else that acts like gaba, and being as how the blend for S-Gh has a few ingredients that are directly related to GH release as well as having ALL of the other ingredients being directly synergistic with those mentioned...I know it would be risky to add.

Thats just me talking though....that isn't a direct MST answer. If you would like to know though, I have no problem asking Matt for you.
 
March 7th 2010 did full dosing before bed

Quality of sleep: very well sleep all the way though after I dose I feel a loosening of my body. any one else experience this? like my body unwinds after 10-20 minutes and Im out.

Recovery..anything sleep is excellent so is recovery

Calmness/chillnes good I think it helps eliminate anxiety which in my book is best. Anxiety can screw up a lot and being more confident helps so much.

it did not feel as the night before so maybe tolerance has set in. Then again, I woke up a bit earlier as I had some business to attend.
 
I may have skipped a couple updates

last night did a heaping full scoop

after it fully kicked in after 20-30 minutes I went out like a light until I woke up. I remember getting up and eating some crackers and peanut butter, it was so distant in memory though I feel as though the effects of somnidren-gh over rid my getting up. I love the stuff

Tolerance has built just like any other thing. Moreover, it is working very well.
 
Quality of sleep: nice relaxed and deep. still in the somnidren-gh type buzz all the way -though-sleep.

Recovery The deep sleep is enhancing my recovery. I wake up feeling really good

Calmness/chillness Very good. I actually think calmness is a state of mind. I mean if I use somnidren-gh or any relaxing type product sure I feel calm. For example today I did a presentation for business to a Doctor. I noticed in one point of the presentation I maybe got a bit nervous or eager then I calmed down after I set my mind to the right mood. So I like to think I control control my mood though my thinking to some extent.
 
i ran out of my tub of somnidren awhile back, but i was so impressed with it that i am going to vs to get another jug. i miss being on the som.:439:

This is silly. The whole point of sedation supplements is that combinations have disproportionate effects. Also sedation and sleep and sleep structure are linked, altering the sleep structure must alter GH release.

Theanine doesn't influence GH release ... I doubt it
Theanine causes a jump in GABA and the link to GH release is known but the mechanism linking GABA to the pituatary is not clear (at least to me).

Nicotene is just a cholinergenic agent but a dopamine reuptake inhibitor is regularly used to help people quit. Whats going on there? Nobody knows exactly except that the cholinergenic response is resulting in dopamine release.

Magnesium a well known sedating agent. I could go on but I think my point is taken? Just 'cause something appears on the web doesn't mean its accurate.

March 2nd, 2/3-a full serving drank it I took them separate I took the first dose I think it was about 1/3 , was not going to sleep and took another 1/3 or more.

Quality of sleep slept too late very deep

Recovery : very good woke up feeling refreshed and late no worries though

Calmness/chillness factor good felt very relaxed after a night of deep sleep

I recommend this for people who want better recovery and the feeling of waking up with sleep strait though nice and deep sleep nothing replaces this feeling of freshness waking up mentally and physically rejuvenated

this is exactly why i just bought another tub of somnidren. what i missed most about the som during my time off from it is the amazing cardio workouts. i have never felt so good during cardio as i do when i use somnidren+a stim pre-cardio-simply fantastic! i suggest 1/4-1/2 scoop of somnidren+1 scoop of ragnarok ultra 30 minutes before.

I feel tolerance has built and now use it sparingly whenever I feel I need it.Big t made this suggestion to me and now I feel it is true.

Too frequent dosing now makes me feel funny so that is why I am using it when I feel I need it.

There is not much left.

In fact I feel I got the most out somnidren-gh the first month, even with the 1/3 dosings on many days. Now I just use it when I feel I need a somnidren-gh feeling .

as far as the cardio I think i tried it a few times , it is nothing I have continually been doing(S-gh and a stim before cardio)

the good thing is even a few days off and effects are back to full force. i am going to limit use to 3x week-i don't seem to get tolerance at that dosing-just going to use for when i want to get a extra long cardio in or need something extra for sleep or mood. now that summer is near you can bet i will be using it for my sunday tennis sessions.
 
March 17th 2010 did a full scoop

Quality of sleep Very nice I sleep very sound and slept a good ten hours

Recovery very good. the deep sleep helped a lot. I woke up feeling very optimistic, and recovered

Calmness/chillness factor normal

my voice was a bit deeper than normal while talking today it could have been from my voice training for acting which i think that might have been it,as I have been practicing talking certain ways or it could have been the deep sleep.

Quality of sleep overall good. I got up once due to a bit of upset stomach and had to use number two Do not know what it was. Other than that while I was asleep I slept like a baby.

Recovery very good.

Final Review

The first couple times I fully dosed it I felt the effects much more than I do currently so tolerance did build on Somnidren-GH. It does exactly what it says it does which are anti-stress, sleep/hgh, and recovery. One of my biggest things I like about somnidren-gh is that whenever I feel I need to unwind, am a bit uptight, maybe mind racing , after dosing a full tablespoon I feel the grip of life being loosened in my body, its pretty powerful.

I recommend taking this more at first and as tolerance builds to do it three times a week thereafter

On under the tongue verses drinking it or putting it in the mouth : Under the tongue may have a little more benefits than putting it in the mouth and drinking it. I did it sub lingual for one-two minutes as I feel and think I got more benefit this way than only thirty seconds.

Who I recommend this for? People with stress challenges, helping to relax and calm the mind, Deep sleep, and rejuvenating your physical and metal body. In a way its almost like a fountain of youth , at least it helps a bit in my opinion for feeling and looking younger. I say this because when I get my deep sleep I look and feel much better if I am dragging ass of little sleep I do not look and feel as good, and this matter so much.

I am not saying to sleep your life away because sometimes we may have to get up earlier because of something important, like money, but generally I would rather get my sleep and feel good and do what I love than always be on the run tired and on stimulants to keep myself going.(thats not to say stimulants do not have there place they can and they do but I myself like to stay away from them, especially high doses, as often as I can)

It is different than any other sleep/gh supplement I have taken and I have took a lot over the years. The effects are different than phenibut, gaba alone, l-theanine, Valerian Root. I get some great sleep on this stuff that is for sure. I assume nothing can match these effects since the ingredients are synergistic, and I assume MST has the copyright on it, or whatever its called patent pending?
 
Thanks great log. The dosing protocol was very useful, 3 weeks than taper down.

I like X-dreams alot but this stuff certainly has to be on the "to do" list.
