Can someone explain how long to do a stack for and how long for pct. Also some natural supp's of both please. I'm 18 6'3" 258lbs
 
You're 18, man. Stick with natty supplements for a while. Your endocrine system isn't done developing yet.

At 18, the only supplements you "need" are:

Protein Powder (PES Select)
Multi Vitamin (Orange Triad)
Fish Oil (Oxi Omega)
Creatine (PowerMax XT)

I would suggest PowerMax XT because it is a creatine product and also contains fully dosed ergogenic ingredients to help increase lean mass, recovery and muscle fullness. 5 grams of creatine is covered. There is also a full 2.5 grams of betaine. Betaine is great to use for many reasons including building lean mass and decreasing fat, increasing performance and improving the anabolic effect from training.

2.5 grams of L-Alanyl L-Glutamine help with recovery and the amento will aid in workout performance.

Eat, Train, Sleep, Repeat.

And if you're set on supplements: creatine, BCAAs, protein (just if you need a way to get more in outside of just regular food), something like Ergonine, and nothing wrong with a good pre-workout.
