Found this today doing some independent q&a research. Glad I did because one of the “buy this book to be huge naturally” oversimplified growth potential as being a net zero to negative growth end game of growth that came with the support of steroids... enjoy

OP - inside joke, nothing against you but yeah the banked nuclei piece is becoming more well known. It’s been coming up in the longevity world (I follow that as well) as the important of using the optimal hormonal status in late teens and early 20s to bank nuclei naturally (without the obvious downsides of steroids) allows older people to benefit from that increased muscle mass as they age.

part of the reason I use anabolics now (aside from the fact I love it) is to build that muscle I didn’t build when I could have naturally so I have it in old age with basic trt.

Gotcha. I see a ton of that type of articles
Many on the “legal steroid sites” showing some fact sprinkled with paranoid delusions and results of abuse but all “solved” with “this legal steroid” spelled almost the same way as the original ...

I like the info in the study you posted though. Those that use AAS definitely have a permanent advantage over those that don't, especially when they are older.

I Detest those "articles" on those sites. Deceptive, misleading lies.
... And the Authors usually appear quite stupid, to be honest. .... Misspelling words, and confusing one compond with another ...

But to new guys, they often seem informational.

Ugh!
