Hello guys,
I've been lifting for about 5 or 6 years
3 years of crossfit.
About 6 month ago I set my mind to loose some weight and get better at crossfit.
I know most people don't believe in crossfit or don't like it, but I like it and it's fun for me.

With that being said, I've lost over 20 lbs training a lot, eating better and eca stack here and there.

I want to move up and be better at crossfit.

This is what my training looks like:
2 hours of crossfit 4 times a week(Olympic lifting, conditioning, strength and the regular workout of the day)

Once a week I swing for an hour
Once a week I run around 5 miles, or I do springting sessions, keeps changing it.
Go to the chiropractor one or twice a week, and get a sports massage once or twice a month)
And I do regular weight lifting Once a week (either chest, arms or back)

Drink over a gallon of water
Eat clean, I stay at a 200 cal deficit.
So I feel good.
Supplemente: some creatine, protein all the time and glutamine. Fish oil

Stats:
Weight 159 lbs
Bf: between 13% and 15%
Height: 5' 5"

So overall I think I train like an athlete.
So my question is, what steroids, sarms or compounds should I run?

My goal is to get stronger, faster and drop body fat %.

I know a lot of crossfit athletes are on PED's each year there's more being caught.

I've done gw501516 didnt like it, didn't get much out of it, I already do cardio so it felt like a pre workout.
 
If you can control your diet mk 677 would help. It increases gh and igf which will help burn fat repair joints and build a bit of muscle, but it makes me hungry! But i got used to it after two weeks and I'm still cutting with it.

That's my problem, I'm always hungry all the time already, it's really hard for me to stay away from food, don't want to gain weight again.
 
Yeah then don't do it. When ever I'm hungry I drink some black coffee, for some reason I'm not hungry and the energy is nice too.
 
I've heard mixed opinions on sarms some guys say after 21 some say wait till your 25, I would err on the side caution though.
