I was told to add ground flaxseed into diet, took one tablespoon and gut didn’t like it? Anyone have issues with this and provide me with a good list of ways to get eat or supplement to get more soluble fiber in diet?

Psyllium husk is, i think the go to soluble fibre supp. I do intend to try it one day but can't yet vouch for it. Be careful you use according to instructions if you do try it!

Whichever product you end up using, I Highly suggest that you start Low, and Gradually move up.

Psyllium husk is definitely the best choice, just make sure you don't get one with added sugar (unless you want that). Fiberlyze is the best one I ever used taste and effectiveness wise.
