Solo HellRaiser Training (HRT) who is doing it?

Life stuff happpened so had to put off HRT-solo for a little while. Today was my first day....HRT I (shoulders, biceps)...

Is there anyone here that have done solo or a few weeks in? How is it going and how you like it? I just started my 16 week transformation (today) to lean out/cut...

i barely started reading up on it... looks interesting its basically 8 reps focusing on positive part then 4 reps on negative at 80% of 1mr
