Hi All,
Bit of background. Am 46 been training on an off since my mid teens and not in bad shape. Dabbled couple of times with oral dbal in my early 30's but didnt have a clue about OCS/PCT etc and happily carried on boozing etc...... anywho 16 years and a couple of kids later hopefully no harm done.
So have got back into my weights big time over the last year and and I really want to give myself a boost so to speak. Dont really want to do anything like dbal and get bigger quickly as dont really want it to be obvious, just looking for a little something. Want something with very low sides that will give me subtle gains.
So am planning to do a 6 week Anavar only cycle probably 40/50/60/60/50/40 with a decent OCS (please advise on recommendations) and 4 weeks PCT with the stuff in the link below. Please shot me down, advise etc as am doing heaps of research and learning lots before I dive in.
