soft look

im fairly lean guy but i got a really soft look. anyone know a supp that can give me a harder, leaner look. i read somehwere estrogen blockers can do this?
 
I've heard that too, one of the things estrogen blockers do is reduce subcutaneous water. if you are on recomp estro blockers also help in fat burning, I've heard. Probably through multiple pathways- mainly in upregulating HPTA.
 
i'd say 10%. i hold most my fat in my stomach and chest but it is not much. i have some definition. i was thinking something like stoked may help
 
Whats your height and weight? perhaps what you need is definition. More muscle...? ot to offend.
are talking overall hardness? or specific area/s

A change in your workout routine will probably make more of a difference than any supplement.Can you post your routine so we can give you a more definitive answer?

But I'd be curious to see if its just water, taking something like "Showtime" from scivation for 14 days would be a way to figure that out.

If it is, then you can try to take steps to reduce that moving forward (ie, lower sodium)

Exactly, experiment!

Topical Formestane works for me, but thats only one pathway. A Diuretic would address a few others.

I would really like to try Showtime though, now that you mention it.
