I have been reading about those 2, when I wanted to buy bulk they said not for human consumption not many sites, not sure then why it's in some preworkout....

The dose is too little maybe?

It's pretty cheap to go with a reputable company that is already selling this in cap form. A bottle of IFN Potassium Nitrate can be found for $18 for 2 months worth depending on how you dose it. That is really inexpensive for such a quality product for pumps, vascularity, and assistance with lowering of BP.
