Socrates' weight-loss log

So I felt what 1,500 lbs of concentrated pressure feels like on the big toe tonight. I was helping my buddy get his car out of a parking lot (broke down). And the tow truck had to use two mobile jacks to put under the front wheels. Well when he started rolling the car it took off too fast and I rushed in to try and stop it. I successfully stopped the car, but not before my big toe was crushed by a wheel the size of a shopping buggy with a 2005 mustang atop of it. Amazingly my toe is not broken, but blood managed to squeeze through the nail bed with no laceration. Ill post a pic later, because I am pretty sure I am losing a nail. Needless to say, my cardio was cancelled.
 
Ive hit a bit of a stall in the weight loss I am only down 15lbs after about 4.5 weeks. Which is ok, but I would have liked for that to be a bit more. I think it might be time for a Low-GI meal.
 
Haha remarkably my toe does not feel too bad. I don't know if that is good or not, but I am sure I will found out soon. Diet has been good, I had a good workout today doing back and bi's with some shoulders thrown in. I am finding that those little vienna sausages are a savior. I broke down the calorie ratio and they are F/P/C 76/22/2. The fat is a little high, but that will buffer my 50 gram isolate shake in the morning with only 15 grams of macademia nut oil.

All the Whey isolate is probably the best isolate I have ever tasted. Especially when you add a healthy fat like MO.

I am down 16 lbs so that brings me to 315. I would like to hit 300lbs by the end of February, but I have a feeling that might be a little unrealistic.

I really don't feel the DCP a whole lot, although when I cheat I believe it helps me a lot.

When should I add my sesamin? (night time? or spread through the day?)
