Carl Jackson is the coach and he's one amazing dude. When I FOLLWED his program and his diet, I never looked better! On his diet I was eating CAKE and ICECREAM and still losing mass amounts of weight. It's about nutrient timing. At that time I TOOK NO STEROIDS OR PROHORMONES and I did only basic workouts. Now my goal is to get to 230 and still be that lean. 230 and FAT isn't the goal, so it's back on the program.

This kid was 145lbs when he started. You should see his shoulders in person man he's SWOLE. Carl lets us eat DOUGHNUTS as our main carb source and his system of loading and deloading is pure genius.
