I just used some neovar samples. I felt like it helped me recover better from my workout but it did give me some serious gas.

i think i maybe got an anabolic dump once or twice with AP awhile back


however neovar is a different animal so no no anabolic dumps

Interestingly enough, I didn't get the famous anabolic dumps, but I do think that Pslin, creatine and AP all mixed give me some bad gas! :rofl:

All was going fine with AP; then on about the 20th day, I started shitting liquid for almost 48 hours.
