I guess the hype was real. Got my hands on a bottle a month ago and ran it for a few days sporadically, but I was going through a lot of stress and just stopped until I could get more out of it. Been running only 3 caps for 3 days and I can see it’s incredible.

Day 1- already felt the ache , especially after the workout when doing cardio

Day 2 - First working set on hack squat literally felt painful , yet pumped during the set

Today - Full, pumped, harder and more vascular. Hit Delts and back and felt insane. Different from other pump products. When I take Vaso 6 or beet root, it’s a different sensation, but ARA is definitely better than what I’ve tried.

The pump is like a soreness and pain. Crazy. Think it’s healing strength too but a little soon to notice

Side effects - Nausea , slight headache, aching muscles lol

Will try to keep updating as I was VERY SKEPTICAL.

4 caps pre workout for starters, 6 for pro's ;)

If you think things are good now, just wait a few weeks!

If you like it already you are in for a treat. Takes a bit to build up and should only get better from here.

1.5-2g pre was the sweet spot for me.

pumps like mad, all-day fullness by about week 3+, DOMS for me aren't terrible but noticeable for sure, strength jumps around week 3+

I wish. Money is slim right now 😂

I want to do Epicatechin (high dose) , laxo (high dose), edcysterone, x gels for my final true natty only supp run. May add the anabolic effect in there too. Possibly Vaso 6

Took 6 caps today and felt every rep. The contraction in my muscles were just insane during pull. Definitely feeling stronger too. Looking so much fuller especially during training and may be noticing a recomposition effect similar to Epicatechin still very early though.

I'll be running X-Gels with M-Test and BMP in a week or so.

Going to compare it to:
Stano-Plex
Anabolic Effect (with M-Test)
Epiplex (with M-Test)
Awesome! Interested to hear your thoughts on the comparison of those products. All great natty products!

I shall, I'm privy to how good X-Gels work, I've used them a ton of times, as well as X-Factor going back over 12 years.
Stano-Plex showed great results.
Epiplex with M-Test was next.
Didn't see much from Anabolic Effect/M-Test.

Seeing amazing recomp from BMP.

Same here! I run x-gels at least twice a year and usually stack with another natty product. Love the muscle fullness I get with x-gels.

Xgels are great but be aware of past injuries, tends to flare them up for me.
What i typically recommend for people who have had past injuries that are prone to flare ups is to start at 500mg per day and work up to 1g on training days unless any issues arise.

It can be quite tempting to jump right in at 1g - 1.5g, but it might be worth taking a week to work up

Yeah, the fullness on this stuff is CRAZY. 20 mins after taking it feels like you ate a good amount of carbs and sodium.

Legs were brutal today 😭. Noticed a bit of knee pain on my right side where it usually occurs, but nothing I can’t handle. Strength is going up.

Anyone notice appetite increase from ARA? I’ve heard a couple others experience this and I’m definitely noticing more appetite. I’m only guessing as the body tries to recover , it wants to increase intake

I definitely increase my Calories when using ARA. Given that it amplifies the normal response to training, I try take advantage of that by slightly increasing Calories as well. Nothing major depending on goals, but 250-500kcals extra

This is on my short list of products I want to try and believe have a solid effect on a natty.
I’ve had inflammation issues with my heels the last two years so I want to be completely done with those issues before trying it.
But I will be keeping an eye out on Black Friday and see if any EU distributors gives a good deal!
Is 3 bottles the recommended run time?

I've spent $$$ on stem cells and some knee issues so I don't want to aggravate the issues
but I enjoy ALL the other SNS supps I use.:)

Since best ingrident imo ever made

I’ve stacked it with 2 mos with Mtest/epi plex .. still have to try it with anabolic effect but imagine to be one of the best natty stack

For me it never tends to be anything muscle related, more so joint related. After about a month my SI joint tends to flare up on xgels.

Unfortunately, the gains were great but caused me an IBS flare up which has lasted me a few days. I have been suffering IBS and I think the xgels definitely made it worse. Don’t think I’ll risk continuing. F*cking hate ibs, it’s the worse thing ever

If anyone wants the rest of my xgels, let me know😂. I’d like to trade for some laxogenin for Epicatechin. These seem to have a positive effect on my stomach same with other natty anabolics

I have run ARA in the past many times, but used to daily dose, I don't hit the weights daily though.

only necessary to dose on workout days... on off days it actually is mostly wasted as it just doesn't go to the muscle like it will during a workout.

I personally do 6 but many people are just fine at 4. I just like the extra pumps ha

Yes 1.5-2g.

It takes time to build up (being a fatty acid and we are trying to shift the content) and prefer shorter cycles (rather use the ArA during specific time frames of 4-6 weeks, but this is a bit personal preference) and to dose only pre-workout (optimal uptake).

I do 4 on rest days and 6 pwo. The effects are amazing and it’s one of my favorite supps

Wish I could have finished it off . My arms and upper body still look “more 3D and filled out” even after stopping. Stuff definitely impacted my stomach though, very storng
