Sns Stress and Anxiety

Hello, just wondering anyone else has taken this? I'm taking this at the minute and the Sensoril ashwagandha is ridiculously potent but I love it 😍

It makes me drowsy, bit fatigue and sedative at 250mg dosage ( it's like being shot with a horse tranquilliser 😂, strange I don't feel the effects of Rhodiola though?)

What's the best time to take this? I'm taking it in the morning but finding it way too sedative wondering if evening time is best? Or can I take this before bed?

I’ll tag @sns8778 since he can help you more.

I’m sure it’s fine to take before bed and the ashwagandha may even help you sleep better.

I just ordered some and I’m waiting for it to arrive rn.

Yeah I rather take it before bed because during the day it makes me mega sedated and tired, but because I heard Rhodiola has a stimulating effect I'm very unsure?! However I don't feel no stim effect from Rhodiola or the supplement but the Sensoril ashwagandha is ridiculously strong for one capsule which is awesome!

I’m on like my 4th large bottle, love the stuff. I don’t get too drowsy off of it so my timing intake varies. But right now I’m doing just 2 caps in the afternoon around 3 or 4. Pretty sure you can take it before bed too though.

Yep I mostly take it pre bed to help ease my mind. Although recently i've been used sleep support xt for that rather than stress & anxiety.

Stress & Anxiety Support has 250 mg. Sensoril per 2 capsules, and the suggested use is 2 to 4 caps per day.

In your case, you seem be a super responder to Sensoril.

Stress & Anxiety Support is versatile and can be used however a person would like.

Some people take 2 capsules at one time, but most people take 1 capsule twice per day, and some take additional capsules as needed. There's really no right or wrong way, it's whatever works best for the individual.

I personally take 1 capsule twice per day and additional capsules if needed and I don't find it sedating at all. I find that it helps me relax and calm my mind, but don't find it sedating.

I look forward to hearing how you like it. I think you'll like it a lot for what we discussed. It helps me a lot.

The Sensoril dose is 250 mg. per 2 capsules. I saw you mentioned 250 mg. above, so I just wanted to make sure you knew that was per 2 caps.

People can use 2 capsules at once or 1 capsule twice per day, whatever best suits their individual needs.

Rhodiola isn't a stimulant in the way you seem to be thinking. It is an adaptogen, and helps the body cope with stress.

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying it.

Stress & Anxiety Support dosing is versatile and can be used any time of the day, including before bedtime. A lot of people like it before bed to help calm their mind and racing thoughts down.

Did you find it stimulating due to Rhodiola?

Rhodiola is an adaptogen, not a stimulant in the way you may be thinking.

Adaptogens are compounds that help the body cope with by physical and psychological stress. You can think of it as stimulating in the sense of helping you mentally cope and deal with things, but it is not a physical stimulant.

Rhodiola is used at different dosages for different benefits. For example, we use a much higher dose of Salidroside, one of the active constituents, in both BASIS and Mood Support XT and people don't find them stimulating.

Thanks for the response, night time it is

I would try night time in your case and also try spacing the dose out if you haven't. That way you can see which way you like it best.

Yeah I'm doing 2 capsules for breakfast, get a slight headache if I take it on empty stomach can I take this with food?

You can take it with food is fine.

Sometimes I take it with food, sometimes without.

Wow yeah this stress and anxiety support mellows you out a lot. I find ashwagandha takes a good 1 or 2 hours to truly kick in

One last question Steve.... I got. OPTIMIZE T, wondering if its safe to stack? There's no Conflicting Ingredients!?

You can definitely stack Optimize-T and Stress & Anxiety Support. I take them both myself.

I find it quite potent! I do find the RHODIOLA does give me a stim like effect though, I just stick to one 1 cap twice per day ( 7am) and at (4pm)

I’ve had the same heavy, sedated vibe from certain adaptogens, so I get why you’re spacing out on 250mg. On lighter days, I’ve swapped in CBDV Isolate because it takes the edge off without knocking me out, and it mixes cleanly into whatever I’m already using. It might give you a calmer baseline without that tranquilizer fog.

I’ve had similar heavy relaxation from it, so I had to cut the dose in half. Smaller amounts kept the calm without knocking me out, so tweaking the dose might help.
Man i wish i could get a SENSORIL Ashwagandha supplement, its the only version of Ashwagandha that agrees with me! KSM and Shoden give me a headache, but Sensoril works for me like a charm

Stress and anxiety support is truly amazing. It truly helped my severe anxiety. When I combined it with focus xt, CBG and CBD I truly felt the best I ever did. I highly recommend this stack for people with anxiety and depression.
