@sns8778 Hi Steve, I’m stacking the three products below as part of my PCT (along with Tamoxifen) and my question is:
Am I dosing the three SNS products correctly? More importantly I am taking all three on an empty stomach. Should any of the three below be taken with food? Here is how I am dosing them:
SNS Anacyclus XT
* 2 capsules twice a day (4 total) once in the morning and once in the evening on an empty stomach
SNS Furosap® XT
* 1 capsules a day once in the morning (along with my first 2 cap dose of Anacyclus XT) on an empty stomach
SNS Spilanthes XT
* 1 capsules twice a day (2 total) once in the morning (along with my first 2 cap dose of Anacyclus XT and my 1 cap of Furosap® XT) and once again in the evening (along with my second 2 cap dose of Anacyclus XT) all on an empty stomach
Does the above dosing protocol make sense or do you recommend a more beneficial dosing instructions?
