Thoughts for disc golf purposes? I know before anyone goes knocking my hobbies but im looking for something other than caffeine and carbs to help push 4 days of disc golf on some hilly and some highly elevated courses (at a certain point fatigue kicks in neither carbs or stimulants do me much good). Will be doing 4 courses a day looking at between 20 to 25k steps a day at minimum. If anything will be an experiment on my part to test either of these supplements. Looking for recommendations?
