Never had any issue but you can lower cortisol too much. Doubt that’s the cause because it’s only been a week but you’re taking the 3 caps daily I assume? Try lowering it to one morning and one before bed and see if it helps

Same has happened to me in the past. Cut the dosage to 1-2 caps a day

Agreed with this as well. I'd start here and see if that mitigates the sides.
