As for a whole BP/Doctor recommendation .. i don't like to give any input bc i don't know much a history .. but stim free is a great option .. and i would avoid caffinee .. what would be the reason behind of adding 200mg when you have a BP issue ?
If its solely for fat loss, i dont think you will need it .. if its for energy/pre workout .. understandable i guess but even then i would do stim free pre workout route and create my own pre.

Ah ok. Thank you for responding though.i am unfamiliar with the ingredient label for those 2 products .. but if you don't see much overlapping .. i would say you def can stack them .. they make some good stuff too
