Man I don't think i can comment enough on the alpha feeling I've had since about the 10 day mark on this stuff..... I feel like I can do ANYTHING. I hope it doesn't go away when I come off.. And I am trying to get ahold of my doc for ending blood work. I do have baseline work from feb.

My carbs are as low as they can go without going keto.. And I don't want to go keto in April lol. I'll play around with salt intake I don't eat any processed foods so I may just be low
maybe its the carb sources then? I ate nothing but oats for years and within the last 6mo seem to have developed a bit of an intolerance to them as I get gassy and bloated as all hell. I eat them anyways tho because I love them.
My only carb source at this time is from one pure protein bar a day and one quest bar.. Then any leafy greens and avocados/trace amounts in low qty of nuts... I'm in the 30-80g range daily... When I "refeed" it's usually with white potatoes or brown rice sushi rolls once every 7-10 days. I am gonna try one last refeed Monday after weight training and if things don't improve next week I may look to reverse diet for the final two weeks of the log.
No I feel like I've done that unintentionally in the past and it has definitely worked... I guess I'm afraid BC I have made such good progress.. But I do know that ONE unclean meal is not a big deal at all... I'll see what I can muster up! I'm right on the cusp at that 11% mark lol which I haven't been at since I was about 20 and again at 17 when I dieted down to 5% (before going anorexic)
I know the feeling. I'm always terrified of any cheat food/meal when cutting. I'm a total bro food eater almost exclusively until I decide im done cutting even tho I know it's not nec or even optimal
Possibly will have blood results back tomorrow it was drawn Monday so I should. That being said.... My bottle of inhibit e has magically disappeared with about 8 days left (not a huge deal) but very odd lol. I think I left it in my gym bag Monday and it must have fallen out?? Either way. The run has concluded on that note and I will begin to work on final review and snap some final pics along with posting before and after blood work!

Seems like Viron + Inhibit E would be a great combination! I would have said Alphmax as well other than for the fact it's got an Arimistane and you don't want to chase E too low
