Been using this for the past two days from my love package from SNS. I just wanted to say it's been really nice - my sleep has been all ****ed lately and I really enjoyed it. It made me a little sleepy but I slept for like 8 hours which was great and felt awesome waking up. Soreness was low and my mood was much better after a good sleep. Thank you SNS!! I'll be out in two days if you want to send me more lol <3!!

Good to hear. I haven't tried it yet. I've tried a whole host of things from the typical ZMA, melatonin, valerian root, animal PM, and others. I don't usually have a problem sleeping but sometimes just have one of those nights that I end up just laying there trying to sleep.
