I'm really glad that you like the formula.

And yes, you're absolutely right that there are a lot of different pathways going on with it. I realized in writing the write up on this one that it was already long and that it would be impossible to cover everything in it because there are so many different MOA's and potential synergies between them. I'm not sure when it will be because I still have other new releases coming up, but as soon as I find the time to I plan on doing a series of articles touching on the different ingredients in Anabolic XT and how they can work together.

In my opinion it could be taken with or without food.

Note: I always tell anyone that if you take a product with herbs on an empty stomach and it bothers your stomach, take it with food.

I think that 3/3 would be fine and 2/2/2 would be fine as well.
