why hello to you too lol
hello, bicep peak
red quinoa (1c) + turkey breast (1lb), couple bell peppers, topped w/ sharp cheddar + pepperjack cheese
makes 2 serving (~690cals per plate)
~825cals for this meal, 85g carbs/18g inc not pictured 1/2 serving of raisin bran crunch in almond milk
all a means to an end broYou should GVT with me! It's super boring so far lol.
should be able to get at any health food store - I actually picked this up at Kroger iirc, in organic sectionWhere the heck do you get red quinoa?!?
all a means to an end bro
I am enjoying my free-lancing current, but thx for the invite..
structure will come soon enough

I mean until I spruce it up a bit, all quinoa tastes pretty much the same to me, tho the red does have a tad bit different taste/texture than other varietiesAwsome! Ill have ti check our kroger. Ive seen quinoa before but never the red variety. How do you like it?

As bodybuilders you two should look into mountain dog training. John Meadows knows what he is doing.. I'm three Weeks into one of his twelve week programs and I'm already seeing gains.
yeah I am aware of MD training, have done before..
again - just not a big fan of running "preset" structured routines, prefer creating my own, or tweaking something based on principles that some of these programs embrace
pretty well set on going into a routine that uses DC-type structure, utilizing rest/pause, and less frequent training
on the dietary front, really just been cruising, paying attention only to total cals to stay within my goals..
I always have a pretty good idea on what I am structuring anyway, know I am pretty close to macro structure desired just by the foods that I eat; but, yesterday decided to check myself, see how accurate I was by end of day
and this is what it looked like:
4875cals, 620c/350p/110f
a smidge high on carbs and low on fats, but otherwise not too shabby![]()
lol i don't know about a wizard, but i been doing it long enough it's just second nature nowthats the work of a wizard right there!
Swole freak...another day at the office I see![]()
You happy now that you've made me feel small?
From the guy who weighs more than me.Welcome to my everyday life.
From the guy who weighs more than me.
actually I thought that pic did make me look small, like the mirror was a lil off or something.. gonna rectify that here in a smidge with some sirloin steak + black bean & rice stuffed wraps yummmmmm it's grow time
yeah - that's a good way to explain it..kinda weirdIt made you look narrow. Like your mid section was elongated or something....Still some thick & full muscle bellies
yeah - that's a good way to explain it..kinda weird anyway - dinner in prep the leftovers that couldn't fit in the tortilla finished product 7oz sirloin steak slices fajita steak seasoned rice black beans on wheat tortilla w/ romaine salad, croutons, and some blue cheese vinaigrette dressing I just picked up this evening fanfuggintastic
130cals per wrap, 23c/4p/2.5fNice! What's the carb count like on those wraps?
I guess it depends on what you call lowSeems like every wrap I find actually has really low carbs....like wtf. Useless for me right now![]()
thanks mate, i'm holding my own pretty well I thinkLooking good mr snags! Still looking very large!
that is all
it ended up being a bit more volumized than I intendedAnd I would say after seeing that session... that is enough!

I just nailed 2/3 of a large philly steak & cheese pizza from dominoe's in my postworkout window after some isolate. And the funny part is I'm struggling to gain right now, even with tricks like that - you jelly bro? :nana:
If I were left alone in a room full of Peanut Butter Pop Tarts I would get diabetes......they were sooooooooooo good.
