leg ext 160-205-235-265-295-305-305-305-295-280 at 15,15,10 all other sets
laying leg curl 95-110-125-140-155-155-155-155-155-145 at 15,15,10 throughout
almost cramped on set 7 of leg curl, took a 3 min break to stretch out and continued
worked out fast and got out early, quads were so pumped ima be sore tomorrow

PR- 110s felt easier that i thought... might bump it up another 5 lbs during PCT to see how well the strength gains are kept
this was the phera boost i was expecting towards the end

libido is a little lower now that the cycle is nearing the end, probably shutdown a bit, but have added in ginseng/tribulus before bed and its helped a little

Felt like i didnt need a barbell curl after the inc curls pumped me up so much and i havent been doin anythin rev curl within the las tmonth so i needed to throw it in
 
day 30: legs

woke up this morning with a ton of back pain... must have slept REALLY wrong because it was killin me... decided to do legs in the morning with my buddy

Bulgarian Smith Squats 115-185-205-235-255 at 12,12,12,12,10 (ea leg)
Close Foot Hack Squat (ea side) 90-115-135-160-160 at 12,12,10,10,8

glutes were FRIED from the bulgarians and love the change on the close foot from my normal to hit the inners

pct begins tonight
will weigh in tomorrow and take measurements and pics
need to figure out how to post the pics on here..
