Smash is Bulking: 1-test c/test e/test base/eq

What's up everyone!


I'm bulking again, got a lot of making up to do. Had another rough work season with a job that made training and maintaining size pretty difficult - I lost about 10 lbs before sticking at about 175 over the summer going into fall. I did get pretty cut up hard and vascular but I'm never going to get to the size I want to compete at with this happening.

Well I've been on for a couple weeks starting with:
Mast p 450mg/week
Test e 325mg/week
Tbol 80mg/day
I gained close to 10lbs almost instantly. Then I switched over to:
1-test c 450mg/week
Eq 600mg/week
Test e 325mg/week
Test base 30mg preworkout - 180mg/week
Incase you're wondering what 1-test is its the 5a reduced boldenone aka dihydroboldenone. It's got an AA ratio of 200:100 but with the higher binding affinity it's said to roughly 6-7x as strong as test - like a cross of tren and primo without the sides but to me with its effect on estrogen and libido sounds more like masteron. Sounded pretty awesome to me.

Either way I've put on close to another 10 lbs, and I'm now just over 190. Not bad for just a couple weeks.

I'm subbed brah. I love the cycle you're running. I have access to 1-test cyp, I'll definitely have to try it out. Is your bf still pretty low? How many calories r u eating now?
 
So here's my goal:
I want to blast and cruise for the next 6 months and I'm looking to finally break through the 200 lb mark and get up to 220. That means I only need to average 1 lb per week.

Now this has been easier said then done for me and I'm sure a lot of other people, but if I stall I'm going to bring ghrp6 and slin into the picture. Dunno if that'll be necessary considering eq makes me hungry as f*ck and Ill be taking it the whole time - my cruise will be eq only with clomid for two weeks.

By the end of this I want to switch over contest prep, something I've been wanting to do for a long time.

So on to diet and training:

Diet:

Right now I'm at roughly 3000 calories per day, but I need to start counting and recording this. I can't say I'm eating clean at this point - tuna mac is a common meal for me right now, as is mashed potatoes with melted cheese, and Ill be the first to say this is pretty awful. I also have my wife make me protein enriched brownies and oatmeal cookies, and I know this is all pretty dirty when I should be eating grains like barley and bulgar with chicken as a staple, or a whole chicken instead of a whole pizza. I do normally eat better but it's the holiday season.

I do eat a lot of granola, greek yogurt, veggies, kimchi and other pickled vegetables, oatmeal, scrambled eggs with spinach and feta, mint with feta(this is new and delicious), chicken soup and chicken with rice, there's just a lot of things I should not eat. This is really just planning out meals, when I've just been making sure I eat. I haven't been putting on fat either so I'm not feeling that bad.

I'll also mention I'm taking cla/gaurana, fish oil, multi, joint support, clorella, coq10, and celery seed extract off the top of my head.

Training:

6 days a week push/legs/pull/push/legs/pull.

Push 1:
Dumbbell press
Cable cross down(like a dip)
Pec flies
Front delt
Tricep ext
Push 2:
Shoulder press
Cable cross over
Pec fly from a low cable going up
Side delt
Tricep kickback

Leg 1:
Squat
Leg press
Quads
Seated calves
KB swing
Leg 2:
Squat
Hack squat posing stance
Hams
Standing calves
KB swing

Pull 1:
Row
Upright row
Lat pull
Rear delt
Hammer curl
Pull 2:
Pull down
Face pull
Shrug
Lat shrug
Pose curl
(Reverse grip bb curl burnout after both curls)

I do extra calf press with push and cable forearm pull with pull, just for extra time on those parts. I also do back ext warmup before squats, weighted back ext with pull, static holds with push and abs with legs. KB swings are my cardio as well, I do them for 15mins. I'm in and out in about half an hour, squats are 5x5 otherwise every lift is 2x10 with a third set to failure. I do drop sets with the arm exercises. I stretch extensively after every workout.

Not sure what the first two are but I used to run epi a lot back in the day. All I'm going to say is be careful, they're pretty harsh... My HDL dropped close to zero last time I touched that stuff, a long with a list of other problems.

I'm expecting big things, everyone I've talked to have saids it's great and I'm hoping I can use it instead of tren. Uh body fat is maybe 15%, I'm not sure how accurate those things at the grocery store are but last time I checked that's what it said. I can see striation and I'm super vascular but I'm not as lean as I was.

Your bf is probly around 10-11% I'd say. Yeah that 1test cyp really sounds like good stuff. I'm on tren right now and yeah its making me psychotic but the body composition changes and strength r ridiculous. I'm losing fat no matter what I eat.

Tren actually made me feel strangely at ease the one time I took it, I was expecting to feel irritable or moody but my wife described me as zoned out. I was only on it a couple weeks before dropping it but in general I just don't want to take anything that ****s with my man parts and deca messed me up big time for like a year after I took it. Caber didn't even help that much, it just stopped working and cialis became my best friend.

Thanks I was being a little critical about myself, and it's good to hear I don't look like I have that much bf. Haha I guess that's bodybuilder dysmorphia for you.

My friends tell me I look insane in the gym, my eyes get red and I get violent lol but oh well. Sucks to hear that though, my libido is actually really good but everyone is different. Yeah I'm 5'9 too, lol we're actually kinda tall for BBers.

All I'm going to say is 1-test c leaves crazy pip. Injecting it solo leaves a sterile abcess every time for me, I was kinda freaking out at first thinking I was going to end up in the hospital. Figured out that it needs to be diluted 1:2 and warmed up(that's a first for me). Worst than test 400 or test base, I'm actually diluting WITH test base!

My theory is as the oil disappears it crashes which irritates the f*ck outta the muscle. If you have a painless version let me know, cause I'm wondering if this is just generally expected.

Why not dilute with gso or SEO's?

I would if I had sterile GSO but I don't and I'm already injecting test e eq and test b so it's not really an inconvenience - I'm doing 3 injections per week plus 3 just test b whereas I'd be doing 3 plus 6 for the test b. I guess it's actually more convenient now that I think about it. For some reason the test b makes the 1-test less painful but either one of them is really painful by itself. Test b stings really bad right when you do it I can't handle more than a half cc at a time - it's 100mg/cc.
 
Sight enhancing oils... Synthol types. I guess a lot of bath tub brewers use SEO instead of gso or another organic oil medium.

I was actually going to bring up synthol and MCTs but decided against it cause of the way everyone looks at them and how nasty it is used as a SEO. Synthol is 85% MCTs and you use a bunch of it for it to work - not condoning it the stuff is prolly the most freaky disgusting thing I've ever seen - but the fact that it takes so long to absorb makes it sound practical as a small part of a blend for compounds that cause pip. Pip is caused by compounds having high melting points and falling out of solution as the oil disappears - I've seen the math on how this works (google gnarly pip). So basically if something like test p 150 is 56% GSO then maybe a 50:50 blend of GSO MCT would make the pip disappear cause the oil would remain long enough to keep the compound from falling out of solution. Just a thought that had occurred to me.
 
I never have pip except for when I'm too sloppy with putting the needle in. I love my oils. My guy is the best

Roughly two-two and a half weeks at 450mg/week. It's a cypionate ester so that sounds about right to me and I'm not going to take test b preworkout right now - let you all know how it goes. The changes day to day are getting more noticeable to me and everyone I know has mentioned it as well.

I'm also going to start taking sugar before during and after I workout next week to get used to an insulin protocol - any recommendations on source? I was thinking of just grabbing cool aid...

Ya I don't generally have much either anymore, 1-test has just been an exception. That and test base hurts right when you do it, but I havent really felt it later. Everything else has become pretty mild to no pip at all, except when I misplace an injection but that's cause I should be site rotating out of the quad instead of just alternating between lower mid and upper quad.

Haha I was actually thinking tang or some glucose drink. Kool aid came to mind cause they come in ready made packs with sugar that are really cheap.
 
I've been using malto mixed with bcaa eaa and creatine pre/intra (just start drinking on the way to the gym). Good mix from my experience so far. No slin tho.
