What ended up happening with this? I placed an order in February or so. One of the products I ordered (two bottles, for $90) wasn't actually in stock, even though it said it was on site and they allowed me to buy it.
On the invoice that came with the package (the item that was in stock), they wrote on it that they were out of the other product and would refund me.
They did not. I've tried every other week or so, for several months. Called and left VMs, emailed, etc. No dice.
