Small lump under skin?

Heres a lump right around where i usually do the injection on right glute. Its not huge but I can feel it under there. Would scar tissue be built up that quick I only injected there my first cycle twice a week for 8 weeks? Cant find anything similiar on my left
 
i dont think its from the needle. how many wks into the cycle?? Do you always pin your right glute?? or both??
 
Im not on right now, i have been off for 3 months and my last cycle was all shoulder. I pinned my glutes for 8 weeks this time last year
