Thank you Applied Nutriceuticals for the chance to tryand also review LIT UP.
I've been a recreational bodybuilder for over 20yrs now and have tried probably 90% of of the preworkout supplements that have come out in that period of time.
I have been addicted to the high stim products out there and needed something that provided steady energy without making me feel like a crack addict.
That being said here is my review.
Taste: 7/10 Good taste but a bit too tart for me.
Mix: 8/10 Mixes well with a fork.
Energy: 7/10 Not a noticable burst of energy, but good steady energy
Strength: 7/10 Nothing spectactular, but the steady energy allowed me to maintain my strength on later exercises. This is where I would lose strength on those high stim products as I would burn out at the end of my workout.
Endurance: 9/10 See strength section.
Summary: Good product. I will use again. Ilike the fact that it didn't burn me out. I would like to see a lemon lime less tart flavor.
