SLU, Tesofensine

Are these compounds stable in liquid? I'm reading these might have a very short life span (degrades quickly) if sold in an oral liquid.

I've been taking liquid Tesofensine for months daily at 300mcg and I don't get any of the sides (insomnia, etc.) that I've read about which seems odd.

I've also read that SLU degrades rapidly in a solution

Both should be take in tablet form.
