I will be doing the above for 60 days once my SNS budle comes in, main aim is to drop some bodyfat and maintain as much muscle as possible. I have done a bodyfat test with calipers and then used a machine, both gave me similar percentage. I will also post the summary shortly which goes into my weight break down a little bit.

I will most likely be doing Layne Nortons Phat routine with some extra cardio in the morning to take advantage of the SLU PP 332, diet wise I will try to cut out all processed foods and just focus on getting my protein targets, I do struggle going full diet so this is normally the best way for me.

I will be taking the SNS supps as normal and SLU 500mcg twice a day.

In on this!

Looking forward to following along.

This is from my scan, im not going to consider it 100% accurate, but use it as a base line. Still waiting for sns products to.come, im in australia so who knows how long that may take haha

The SNS products came in, hmm do I start mid week or wait... also any suggestions on a work out plan?

I was tossing up between PHAT by Layne Norton and Split by Maps (Mind Pump)

Starting today, just woke up and did 4 minute tabata with shortened skipping ropes and abs.

Tossing up whether I keep doing this FST-7 Program (been on for two weeks and feeling muscle soreness each session for the first time in ages) for 2 more weeks or go back to PHAT now

Light workout yesterday as I was a bit sore, will do upper tonight

Just did legs and my gosh I am sweating bullets... every sessions it's like I'm in a sauna, I assume this is the slu pp...does lean edge or prime add to the sweating?

Prime XT doesn't.

Lean Edge can increase sweating during a workout. Not usually to an extreme degree though.

I can second this. It's definitely not over the top or extreme by any means. It's in the sweet spot for sure.

must be the slu pp then, I was producing droplets on my legs haha
It could just be me to. I know some people just sweat a lot in general. I have to be really pushing it to start to sweating a lot or it has to be hot where I'm working out. Right now in the midwest in my garage gym it stays pretty cold.

Mine is probably cause I'm dehydrated or lower on the sodium side. I always have to keep on my water intake throughout the day but tend to train in the AM where I'm more dehydrated.

Pretty good workout, did it early morning so felt a bit weaker than usual, but still pretty good session

Nice workout! I've always been a morning trainer on a small meal before training. I would probably be better off doing afternoon training sessions after a few meals but my energy seems to be best in early AM.

I wish I could get my sleep in order, then I could workout before work and have my afternoon free. Maybe this will be my new years resolution haha
