Slow To Fast Twitch Muscle Fiber Conversion

Okay, so I know its possible to convert fast twitch fibers to slow.... but what about vise versa? Theres so many new research chemicals out there... Please dont say plyometrics as im talking about legitamate conversion (not just a slow twitch fiber becoming more explosive).

Well I dont expect many responds on this being as its such a dormant topic, but any help is very much appreciated.
