Which would be the best slow digest/casein blend that ATW has to offer? Im looking for someting I can use a meal replacement or night time protein. Taste matters, nad I may also mix it with some Whey

Hey laura is there a taste review for the micellar protein? I have been contemplating buying a few tubs but I am worried about the taste. I love your optimum blend, but I have had pure casein before and it wasn't good (not your brand). THANKS!
 
The chocolate flavored ATW MC I am currently using is a bit dissapointing, not nearly as tasty as the chocolate Isolate. I add a Splenda packet or 2 to help it out.

Also this stuff is very, VERY thick. I add it to 8oz milk/3 ice cubes & NattyPB and It's way too thick for my liking, similar to pancake batter consistency. I've tried different brands of MC with with the same ingredients as above and they mixed similar to ATW Isolate, perfect. Maybe I got a bad tub? I've got another 2 so I guess I'll find out...

Not trying to bash ATW, I absolutely love their Isolates and Blends, especially in chocolate orange/mint! The MC just leaves a bit to be desired.

I dunno about the MC, but I have the choco CC, and I'm not a huge fan of it. Just not very tasty.

All pure casein shakes (in my experience) are going to be very thick. If you've found pure casein that mixes like WPI, you're lucky.
 
I found that if you mix casein with water and a tablespoon of Olive Oil it will go down smoothly. The olive oil seems to keep it from sticking to the sides of the shaker.
