Caffeine can pose problems.
Stimulant/Caffeine tolerance is a hit or miss with people, so it is hard to say whether or not it will pose any issues for you.
The best advice I can give you would be to try a fraction of a serving, see how it hits you, and go from there. Seeing as pre-workouts such as this one are primarily to provide CNS stimulation, I don't see the need to take one, provided SX is doing its job.
