Slim Xtreme vs. Green Tea

So I'm new to the thermogenic scene and I am wondering if Slim Xtreme will give me any edge in my morning fasted cardio in terms of fat burning. I don't have any problem getting through it energy wise.. I usually have a strong cup of green tea.

My understanding of SlimXtreme is that it's simply just a supplement to generate more energy so you can get up and go and/or get through your day. I don't really have any problems with energy ever..

If SlimXtreme is not the answer for me, can you suggest something that will help mobilize fatty acids better in terms of a thermogenic supplement.. something like BetaStax, ReCreate, Dren, Lipo-6.. don't know much and looking for help.

Slim Xtreme is a lot more than just an energy supplement. Extended, smooth, non-jittery energy just happens to be it's most noticeable effect...that and appetite suppression, which is just amazing. The stimulant effects of a strong cup of green tea is going to last for about 3 hours.

One capsule of Slim Xtreme is going to last you for about 10.

As for edge in morning-fasted cardio, I don't think you're going to find much that'll help you burn a significant amount more fat. Energy utilization of stored bodyfat for energy is at the highest point when the body is at rest. If you need something to give an extra edge to make your workouts more intense, your body is going to just be burning sugars, which in a fasted state are the product of cortisol an its effects on converting muscle mass to sugar. If you're heart rate is over 120 bpm, you're working too hard for fasted cardio.

I keep my heart rate between 115-130 for 45 minutes 5 days a week fasted in the a.m. I actually really enjoy it..it's not strenous in the least.. it's just tedious if anything. I don't do any other cardio other than that. I lift 3-4x a week for 45 minutes as well. If I already have the energy to make it through these workouts, am I better off just not taking anything..green tea included? Is SlimXtreme geared for people who just don't have the juice to get through life?

I think that's cyanide, not Slim Xtreme.

SX delivers an all day energy. It'll certainly help get you moving for your workouts, but it's energy that lasts for a very long period of time.
