Sleep supplements?

What’s new and good?

I been using ZMA + Melatonin for awhile and want to switch it up, preferably with something that would knock me completely out.

Stage 3z reviews have been solid, I think I only saw 1 person who didn't seem to get much out of it.

I sleep like absolute crap and I can say for certain that on the nights I take it I sleep better.

Over the course of 2 weeks consistent use I went from waking up 4 times a night to 1 time and it was consistently the same time, 3am to pee and back to bed.

The only reason I stopped talking it daily is because my schedule is all over the place and I forget. I still use 3-4scoops at night on the weekends. Friday and Saturday night.

You just reminded me I'm getting low and need more.

I like there packing, it makes me wanna order there products. I haven't personally used any of their stuff but every time I see an alpha lion product my eyes drawn right to it

If prefer caps .. i like sleepXT .. both of them if you can sprinkle in some phenibut on top .. woohooo best sleep

Yeah I like it too. Haven’t used this sleep product personally but formula is nice. Out of the “bigger” brands, alpha lion is up there as one of my favorites.

Agree with you guys about the packaging - they're good at it. SH Sleep is a very good sleep product in its own right - not a huge fan of ashwagandha though.
MK-677 (Somatozine), surprisingly, has delivered the most restful sleep and clear-headed mornings of any supp I've tried.
 
My wife loves the Releaf CBD sleep capsules on flexit nutrition.

For me, I take my own version of ZMA and 5-10mg propranolol (prescribed) and have been adding 1 capsule of reduce xt for a little while now

For sure! Their labels are on point. I haven't tried a ton of their products but the ones that I have tried i've liked. Their flavor profiles are really tasty to.
 
neuro melatonin by iconic is pretty amazing! Transdermal delivery of melatonin helps address the issue of half life - it doesn't just help get you to sleep, it helps keep you asleep.
 
The one supp that moved the needle for me was androgin from BLR. Added an extra 30 mins of rem to my sleep
 
This stuff will put you in a coma !!
