Sleep Issues - Help

First thing, clean up your sleep hygiene. Yes its less exciting than popping pills but you'll get more benefits from it.

Once this is done try play around with white noise apps or turn on a fan. The idea here is that a constant noise at a constant frequency will break up external noises without impacting sleep. It has been said that the main reason we wake up from a load noise during sleep is not because of the noise per se, but a sudden and drastic change is the frequency of noise.

Thirdly, try and create images in your mind that take your mind away from issues that occured during the day. What I like to do is envision a scene in a forest where I slowly build up a place to live thats far away and quiet in this forest. Picture details of this place and imagine you carrying out daily activity here. It sounds corny as fuark but I had huge trouble getting to sleep because my mind would wander and become busy; doing this distracted my mind but in a more calm way. I also play noises from my phone which I use to enhance this picture. It distracts a lot more of my senses.

Lastly if none of this helps, seek out doctor advice. There is a huge difference between getting to sleep and staying asleep vs. Seeking deeper sleep which some products may provide. I use products when I need to refresh rather than as a crutch for other underlying issues.

My three teenage girls gave me insomnia. Having three teenage girls will leave you up all night...thinking!!. I turn off the television and computer 2 hours before bedtime. I take 3mg melatonin, 2.25 grams of Valerian and turn the fan on high or medium. After reading a mag or book, I'm ready to crash about 45 minutes after taking these supplements. If you wake up at night, don't lay there and think about what happened that day, or what you plan on doing the next day. Erase your mind and think about stuff that will relax you. Learn how to clear your mind, and put you in a different place other than what makes you think about the now.... breathe and relax...
 
The only things that work for me are l-dopa and sometimes a good indica. Melatonin makes me so irritable the next day and I can't shake it until I sleep again. White noise is always great too. Earplugs are my choice now because I hear everything and it makes me never relax.

Hands down had the best sleep I've had in the last 6 months last night. This is huge for me considering a normal night of sleeping never occurs

I don't even remember tossing and turning for an hour so I must of fell asleep very quickly. Woke up naturally before my alarm aswell, no recollection of waking up in the night whatsoever

Still absolutely zero complaints with Growth Factor XT, it puts me into a deep sleep every night :).

I took alphamine this morning which I havent done in a long time. Will report back tomorrow to see if it affects my sleep tonight. Obviously if I have problems sleeping tonight ill drop the alphamine, although im taking it 14 hours before bed, so it shouldn't be an issue. No other caffiene products / stimulants are taken in the day

I'll Have to try Growth Factor XT. Menace Nutrition has Anabolic hibernation and it has 3mg melatonin per serving. Its a pretty nice sleep aide and solid supplement before bed.

You should be fine unless you're extremely sensitive to stims.
 
Absolutely no problem with taking Alphamine + Growth Factor XT :).

Its also something to note, my sleep app says I dont sleep deep, always about 70-80% sleep quality, but I always wake up so damn refreshed, after the initial 10mins of wanting to go back to bed.

The quality of sleep I get off this product is just amazing.
T-Bone if i stop using GFXT for 10 days over xmas, which will of been after 37 days of use, can I then do a 60 day cycle after that? I really dont wana have to go back to sleeping without this stuff when I have work the next day :D
 
josh you should either finish your log with G8 or give it to someone who is willing to try it. do me a solid and make it happen.
