Just so you no, we have changed the name to Out Cold. Exact same, Identical formula, just a name change!!!! Love this stuff!

Lol... I googled both products and saw the ingredient label was the same and made the assumption but thanks for the clarification.

OP on that Anesthetized time :P

Blackstone Lab's Anesthetized is legit very strong with phenibut but it's not for everyday use, I buy it for my wife all the time and for myself I use half a scoop due to being more sensitive to phenibut just couple times a week but it is fairly strong.

Hi-Tech with Sleep RX which could be used daily

Other similar for me would be

AI Sports 3Z and HGH Pro and
Prime Nutrition has Sleep/GH ( The fruit punch is nasty I only liked the Mango which is pretty tasty )

Anesthesized is the shyt. Glad someone else chimed in about BSL/Prime Nutrition. Both make good products as they are sister companies.

Hey guys, I get pretty ****ty sleep for quite a while now and it's starting to hurt my gains. I average 3-5 hours a sleep and that's broken up into 2 different times of the day. It's almost like 2 naps expect for weekends which is more 6-8 hours. I have trouble falling asleep and wake up in the middle of the night usually. I'm looking for something that is mild since I have no experience with sleep aids whatsoever. Can anyone recommend me a good all around sleep aid that preferably tastes good and I can use often. Also, anyone have experience with bulk Valerian root extract?

I don't know if you read my opening post but I am using anesthetized. I was looking for options so I can switch back-and-forth because I know I'm not supposed to use this every night to avoid building up a tolerance.

I know there are quite a few replies but if you read through this thread, there are a lot of good suggestions. Many are mild, like melatonin, so, my advice would be to take about 10 minutes and read through everybody's recommendations.

Valarian root is good.. but honestly there is no replacement for sleeping so little. You need extended periods of sleep. In your situation, you need pharmacological management to assist you in sleeping. You need to identify the source of not being able to sleep as well. If it is anxiety, treat it.

Calling everyone smarter than I. Is it known what the extreme overdose symptoms would be for phenibut? I did a quick Google search and found random information so I was hoping someone here would have more specific symptoms to look for.
Shortness of breath? Seizures?

My father is 90 and was having difficulty sleeping so I let him use one serving of anesthetized and he had a strong nights sleep. I left the container with specific instructions on how to use it correctly but he's of the school of thought that if one scoop is good 10 scoops would be better. He's having all sorts of symptoms and has been admitted to the hospital.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know how extreme you are talking - I've seen people taking up to 10 grams for recreational purposes. Overdose isn't really the issue, withdrawal is the issue. You build a tolerance quickly, have to increase the dose, build a tolerance, increase, etc. - and then the next thing you know you are having major withdrawal symptoms if you aren't dosing the stuff almost constantly. If you are using this stuff responsibly at all (which I hope we all would), overdose isn't really a concern.

Also, I just tested a combo that may be of interest last night and I was asleep before I even knew it. Agmatine, Oleamide and Gaba. Out like a light.

I don't think I'll need a sleep aid tonight I'm currently on hour 20 and I don't know how many are left in this shift lol

LOL. I'm still awake only sleep I've had is a 30min nap after work which ended at 22.5hr shift and I went to gym and actually had a pretty beast workout probably the cute chicks we finally got that were in there. So I've pretty much been awake since 11am Wednesday I am currently working 5pm-5am so I'm staying up to keep my body clock the same. Obviously didn't work tonight due to the extra 10hrs I got

Goes to show....the best sleep aid is...hard. Physical. Labor.

For a long time that i don´t sleep well but lately it´s getting worse...

I can sleep for 7 or 8h but i feel really really tired all day and no focus at all, like if slept only 3 ou 4 hours.

Recently, i bought a Xiaomi MiBand 1s and i´m trying the sleep analysis feature and my Deep Sleep flutuates between 40 minutes and 2h at most per night. Most common is 50 minutes - 1h30. I don´t know how accurate is this (i´ll try with Sleep As Android App too), but if´s true, i think it´s really too little Deep Sleep. I read it´s should be around 40%.

I suffer a lot from anxiety and i spend a lot of time at the computer. I guess this can affect the lack of Deep Sleep.

Currently, i´m taking Ai Sports 3Z i had here forgotten (expired date). I had some sucess with it in the past but i´m looking for something else new. I think i don´t need anything that increases the REM stage because my dreams are already very intense, weird and stressfull... But maybe something that increases my Deep Sleep stage. Any sugestion?
