Does anyone use them here? I used to have run and would run it in the park, but my gym just put in an astroturf area with a few and I forgot how much I love them. I have been getting back into it with a 500 yd (100x5 w/ 60 sec rest) push and a 500yd pull at the end of my 2 leg workout days. I already see a difference in explosiveness coming out of the hole in squats and quite a bit more flexibility.
 
I haven't for a bit since switching gyms, but had great results when I did! Really could feel a difference on the basepaths (summer baseball)
 
Yeah, part of what I really like is taking traditional strength training and utilizing it in another fashion. It just feels good to push and pull heavy things.
 
i own a prowler. awesome investment. great for not feeling so beat up after a leg workout if not used for anything else.
