Skynny Fat ecto help!!

Hi all.

i am new here my name is Bogdan i am from Romania i am 27 years old and i observe this forum for a long time and i learn soo so much from you so i decided with you're permission to join the skyynyy fat ecto club.

i train with weights for 5 years now and i am tall guy 1,87 cm and weight 110 kg with much fat on my waist!!

i am verry skynny fatt ecto guy with problems with cortisol and everything else.

i watch the article of Kelly Bagget about skynny fat ecto and that was a sunshine for mee!!

I start to use Phosfatydylserine 300 mg a day from NOW FOODS(that's what i have here in romania as a suplement) and i also use testoJack whey protein and VoluGro.

I want to ask all of you knows something about problems with skynny fat ecto and specially I WANT TO ASK USER MACHINEHEAD if he wants to help me with some good advices(you know how hard it is to be skynny fat ecto with fatigue problems,depression,bad mood and food intolerance!!))

If you can advice me what suplements should i use if you know from now foods or universal or gaspari or BSNor from pharmacy anything also what i should eat protein carb fat ration, so i can loose some fat and feel a litle better in my life??

i also have a not so good digestion so i use digestive enzymes and i have problems with sleep i feel good at night but in the morning i don't know i feel tired(what the fu** is wrong with mee?)))

I didn't expect to see my screenname here but I did...

If I had to do it all over again, I'd lose any extra fat before starting bulking. I didn't do it when I started lifting because I would have gone from skinny to very skinny.

I'd say work on losing the fat first. See if you can get to 10% body fat or even less. Your insulin sensitivity woul dimprove greatly, it will correct your cortisol issues to an extent, and you would be a state of rebound where it would be much easier to gain muscle while staying lean.

I can of course and will help you a plan that I think would work for you. If you agree, you can also keep a log. Anyway, pm sent
 
5 feet is extremely short mate... What is 1,87 cm?? You mean, 1 meter, 87 cm? If thats the case your about 6 feet and 110kg is about 242lbs... Wouldnt really call that skinny/ecto at all... We cant really help you if you cant put up correct stats, diet and training.... Start there. Are you 6 foot and 110lbs???

yes i have 1 m 87 cm (here that's the way we keep our measures sorry about that and heva 110 kg) bolieve me i am skyny fat ecto i gain ttoo much fat and so little muscle especially on tist butt and belly i have fat like a women if you know what i mean)

my ties are verry big and my arms are small in comparacy)

i have long arms long bones and tyny joits)
My masures are arms 42 cm(in the morning) belly 110 cm ties 74 cm calf 45 nech 39 joints 18cm

i know i am skynny fat because i overtrain verry quickly and feel dizzy depressed and sometimes nervous i can do anything at my work and i feel verry tired!!

i tried everything but this forum !!!i hope i can find the answers here!!

Hmmm, 242 at 6 foot with very little muscle. Would you say between 25-35 percent BF?
Write up your diet and training if you want help!
