Missed macros yesterday due to work and family issues. I was not going to proceed with max bench when unfueled and weak. Taking today to feed and rest and read Back Mechanic.

Dropped deca today, will finish out final 5 weeks with 600 test 300 trest dec. I have not tried AA trest dec before so I wanted to see how well it stacks up to the ones I have from a diff source (which are absolute fire). Have I mentioned I love trest???

Ha, my spotter did a similar thing Tuesday. "wow your right arm is a LOT stronger than your left"... so I look over.. nope. bar was misloaded. from then on I double checked for his lifts and mine.

Table talk with Jimmy Kolb was very informative in regards to band shirt nuances and training methods. I didn’t know that guy had a 2400 multiply total at 20 years old lol. Sounds like he wants to go full power again after he crushes a 1500 lb bench record. No biggie.

That’s wild, 1500 lbs bench….he’s the only one that could touch that. Here’s his 1320 lbs bench.

It’s National hot sauce day today! But no, I’ve never seen it. I’ve always favored Pete’s and occasionally a Tabasco or Louisiana when feeling softer.

My wife is in a phase of *you spend too much time in the gym and measuring food,* so I’m not picking this battle right now.

I feel the same in regards to cost/use ratio. I intend to wear these out.
 
Day 4 into trest and I feel soooooo much better. Appetite rocking, feel so dam good, recovery, strength, the whole kit and caboodle.

I don’t think I’ll use deca ever again save for micro doses for joint therapy. Deca gave me more sides than I’ve ever had from any other compound. Anxiety, insomnia, BP, appetite issues, and the heaviest AI/serm dosing to date. Reading this is looks like the sides most people get from tren lol. NPP have me none of these sides, even at a higher mg/week.

I’m done exploring, I know which compounds I absolutely love and reap the most reward from and will utilize these until another way is needed.

Yep, NPP over Deca all day long for me. Funny thing is I have the most sides from Deca than anything too, and really no problems with NPP.
Most people avoid Trest like I do Deca, but I love Trest and really don’t have any issues as long as I don’t go too high.

It really is finicky and lacking the “cookie cutter” approach that so many want, but it’s the truth that compounds hit people differently.
This is first time doubling test to trest so we will see how that goes. Typically keep them even or test 1.5x higher.

How much Trest are you running? Normally I run about 150 mg a week, but I think next time I’m going to try 75 and see how that treats me. The only time I’ve had any issues with Trest was when I bumped it up to 300 mg on a cycle and that was really just a little too high for me, so now I won’t go over 150, but I respond so well to Trest I really don’t need more than that.
Something funny though, I got a shipment two weeks ago with Test, Mast, and Trest, so my wife saw the Trest and asked me if that was that horny steroid. I said yeah it is baby and smiled, she just put her hand on her head and said oh Lord.😂
