I can only do 20lb dbYES. Arms straight, thumbs upwards and movement NOT all the way up. Keep the tension. Go as low as possible.
For a clean, slow set of 10, my max is 2x15kg (2x33lbs). It has me grunting, blaspheming and a bit crying at the end.
