I am just back from training, and noticed something really weird. After my HorsePower dose, I feel an acke all over my face. The kind of ache that you can get in your legs when there's not enough circulation. After 20 mins. it goes away, but I noticed this, and will continue for a few days to see what happends.

Aside from what's above, training is very intense, and weight is climbing. I have planned that all creatine products will be stopped at least 2 weeks from the end of the log, so that way, we'll be able to analyze what real gains were done, not just water retention. I will lower SP to 1 scoop on training days, as my ass hole will quit it's job if give him too much. So we'll keep it like that for now and see how it goes.

Well, good news, no stomach bloat today! No discomfort at all. I took 1 SP in the morning, and was fine. The BA in HP is still making my face itchy after taking it, but I'll tough it.

Today was my highest calorie day (4400!) along with a squat day. My training was 10 sets of squats, piramid up the weight and lower 1 rep every set. I started at 100 til 190. Form was perfect, and I have to crank up the weight next time, it was too easy. BAM doesn't seem to have kicked in yet, but JW is doing it's subtle thing ;)

Thanks, I should be okay, as I won't do more than my trainer's program. I will put in more intensity for sure though. I think next week will be where it'll be kicking hard.
 
hey dude, great log, great details, i hate to as a stupid question...but what is JW, and BAM? I did a search and got no results, I am new to this, and I try to do my best to figure out what people abbreviate, but i am at a loss on this one-

Jungle Warfare, Bad Ass Mass by Applied Lifescience Research Industries. You'll see a lot about these products, and a lot of logs are going on as the evolution stack.

I woke up at 10:30 this morning :blink: I never sleep letar than 8:00 usually. It felt like my head was 50 lbs. and I didn't want to move! Something is weird, but I love it. I sleep and have crazy dreams. BAM has those kinds of effects? Hmmm.

So anyways, today was off, and of course I didn't have time to do a lot of things as I woke up so late. I did groceries again, 5th time this week. (??) I can't wait to ask what the scale thinks about this.

This was a leg and shoulders day. What an intense workout! I felt unstoppable, but a little short of breath, as I am not used to supersets like I did. I felt a lot thicker, and fuller thourough the day. Everything looks good so far!

I'm a few days away from starting the exact same stack! I just finished post cycle from a three week superdrol run and cannot wait for this stack! I'll be running 2 bottles of jw, 1 of BAM, and 2 of X-factor with maybe some melting point thrown in at the end. I will also be starting SIZEON the same day I start JW.

I injured my shoulder a few weeks back trying to break a PR on flat bench and had to take about two weeks off which was kind of depressing but now I can't wait to get this stack going!! Great log!

Today's workout was pretty intense, and I felt a little leaner. Considering the fact that I am on creatine, I look pretty lean. Very surprising. I seem to feel less DOMS, and better recovery, as my workouts get more intense, I recover faster! I seem to get that small, but noticeable all day pump.. Very cool, and people are really noticing a difference.
 
can i run cissus with this stack?? the other supps would include bcaa's and maybe some sesamin. i think those two would be ok but i wasn't too sure about the cissus.
 
Is the ache in your face from the HP still there? Could be from the beta-alanine.

Hmmm. Well Sesamin is a no-no on XF. Cissus should be okay. Omega 3's are also not recommended.

Yeah, that's what I figured. It's still there, and pretty annoying, I can stand it. Be prepared. Gains that are showing up are quite impressive ;)
 
I tried both and would say def HP the size stegth gains are sick. be careful with loading up the bar, the weights get quite easy. quality contractions just keep form to avoid injuries because you will break PR's.

Well, today was my last day of SP 250. It was good, but my stomach was getting tired. I felt really tired today and sore, but I seem to be a lot fuller even on non-training days.

Okay, let's just consider that your diet is 100% spot on, you got 3500 ish average cals, and push extremely hard. I would suggest the following:
Week 1:Size On,JW
Week 2:Size On,JW
Week 3:Size On,JW, BAM
Week 4:Size On,JW, BAM
Week 5:Size On,JW, BAM
Week 6:Size On,JW, BAM, XF
Week 7:Size On,JW, XF
Week 8:Size On,JW, XF
Week 9:XF
Week 10:XF
Week 11:XF
Week 12:XF

This would do the trick. You will start by feeling the creatine kicking in, then JW and BAM teams up to help ya put some good size, as well as strength, then the magic comes in with the XF, it will kick in just when you are done with SO, and JW, this way you will lose all your creatine bloat to finish off with a lean, hard, swollen body!

Note: BCAA's are okay for a staple, meaning you don't have to cycle it. Cissus as well can be a staple. Glutamine, it depends, but you can cross this off your list next time. I would use Glut. while in a calorie deficit. For some, it might help combat overtraining.

Reason why Sesamin and EFA's arent during the XF is that it will hinder it's effects. Stop completely EFA's and Sesamin at least 1 week before starting XF.

Now I felt fery good during my workout. I did chest, triceps and some abs. Beleive it or not, my lats were pumped. I felt very pumped everywhere, even my neck was feeling "stretched" :blink: I really feel the power of this stack now, and beleive that when everything is in check, it's one of the best cycle I've ever did! I ain't sure if I will start X-Factor right away, or keep it for another stack. (New MN product coming ;) ) I have to give a good space between my cycles in order to be most effective. More on my decision later.

Today was a squat day. I did nothing but squats. 10 sets piramid up 10 lbs. increments from 10 reps to 1 rep. Pretty short workout, but it's a really good one to keep up with perfect form, and get the most intensity you can. Pumps were okay, but nothing out of the ordinary, as I only did squats. I have the week-end off, so hopefully, I'll be fully recovered from that tough week.

As for the .5 lbs. lost, it looks like I am a lot less bloated, and cuts seem to appear back slowly, I am confident I gained some clean mass during this period, and weight will climb up in the next 10 days.

Today's workout was tremendous! I felt a huge power output during my training session, and got a PR on shoulder press! I was rested, and ready. With two days off in a row, I was impatient and really was cranked up. One of the best workout so far in my log. When I put my jeans on, they felt tight as hell. I was walking like a dumbass. Who cares? I'm getting big :twisted:

Oh, and I have to add that sleep is very good. I think the MP extract really kicks in, as stated earlier, I mentioned that my head felt extremely heavy when waking up. Now I feel better, and refreshed. Love it!

My workout partner is a veteran of three cycles of AAS, he went from 80 pound bells on seated military to 110 pound bells in one tub of HP, i hate to keep bringing this crap up buts its insane. Im on it now and with AP its gettin hairy after a few days back on it. Keep gettin huge.

i'm still kinda confused about this hp. is it a creatine product or more of a NO product with creatine in it. i read the description and it sounds like just a NO volumizer to me.

Well, volumizer means creatine, most of the time. It contains Kre-alk, cee, etc, so yes it contains creatine, as well as some insulin mimickers: guanipro, k-r-ala. It also contains some NO like arginine [name it]. I use it for the creatine, as the NO part I don't feel it at all, and never did. I felt it once, it was the first time I used a NO product. Never felt it after that. WB didn't even create a small pump, and Glucophase was not working for me. So the creatine is where the gains come from IMO.

Okay, I decided to throw in AP, and end the log at the end of AP.

I took my very first dose of AP 15 min. before my pre-workout meal, which consists of 1 apple, 1 tbsp. PB. During workout, some ICE, and I took before my last exercise, another cap of AP, so that my post workout meal would be 15 mins. after AP. Post workout is 1 scoop Gatorade, or 30g. dextrose. 30 min. after my Gatorade, I usually have 3/4 cup oats with cinnamon(insulin mimicker) and a shake. one hour after (8h30) I get my supper, and at 9:30, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp PB. This is my diet. It changes depending on the days, but this is basically what will lay around workout.

Now, on with the results of this sick stack. I start with some bench press, 3 sets, and everything feels normal. At this point, I am not looking for effects during the first week, as I thought I was resistant. Second exercise, incline dumbell press: :think: What the hell, it's a little harder to stretch at the end.(When lowering the weights). So I am thinking.. What the hell is going on.. Then I see my hands getting more and more vascular. WhAt? You guessed it. Yes it kicked in already! I am going to go eat my oats and shake now. This is rediculous.

Today was legs, and let me tell ya, pumps were crazy. I felt like I was a lot stronger, and was a lot more vascular during all my workout. Very impressive stack, let me tell ya. I have the week-end off to rest and do some homework. Diet is 100% spot on, and I am receiving pleasing comments about my physique. Nice!

Today was also off. I took my last (?) serving of HorsePower. It was supposed to last longer than that. I only got 36 servings. There was supposed to be 50.. Anyways, I liked it, but I don't think I will buy again. Superpump was the best one for energy, and focus. Only downside was gastric discomfort.

I am feeling hungrier, and can't stop thinking about food. I was at my grandmother's house yesterday, and it was very hard to resist to those cookies, and ice cream. I was able to keep my diet 100%. It was a close one. Now I am thinking of Ben and Jerry's..lol. Tomorrow's workout looks promising and I will see if strength goes up..

Allright, already day 5 on AP, and I am getting crazy pumps. 45 mins after my workout, I still feel some deep pain in my quads. I beat a PR in my stiff leg deads. I did 4 sets 225. This is pretty good for me, considering that I was stuck on 215... Now I can notice that my face looks a little oily, and aggression is not out of the ordinaty, but I got that little something inthe gym that makes me feel like I am alone, and sometimes, I almost yell when pushing my last reps. I don't care what the pussies think.. As long as I grow!

This was back-shoulders-abs workout. Every rep was well done, and I felt focused during all workout. Pumps were, as usual, very deep and I felt tighter than ever. I noticed my skin is getting a little worse, and will get some metrogel friday to help with that.
